From the broad lower deck swim platform guests have access to the main deck aft, which has a sofa integrated along the stern and an oval alfresco dining table and additional movable chairs for group gatherings. A staircase to port connects up to the flybridge.

Up on the flybridge, there is room for storing a tender along the stern which is safely launched and retrieved using a Davit crane. A Jacuzzi surrounded by sunbeds can also be found to the aft, and the amidships section shaded by a hardtop has a port-side bar and a starboard C-shaped sofa around drinks tables. The forward area has the helm controls to starboard with an additional co-pilot seat opposite, where guests can rest in the sunshine and take in the forward views.

On the foredeck, there is a sloping sunbed and a loveseat where guests can unwind and enjoy uninterrupted views of the scenery.

The lower deck hosts the guest and crew accommodation with room for water toys storage in the stern.

TRIPLE 888 EIGHT Specifications

On the main deck, there is a formal dining area and salon where guests can rest in comfort in air-conditioned surroundings while enjoying excellent views of the location through the broad windows on either side.

A pair of Caterpillar engines each producing 1,550 HP create a top speed of 20 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots.

Yacht Charter Accommodation

While cruising up to 12 guests can stay on board, and the accommodation sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 en-suite cabins: 1 Master suite, 1 VIP stateroom and 2 twin cabins. The Master suite is placed on the lower deck behind the VIP stateroom and comes furnished with a queen-sized bed, a corner sofa, desk/vanity, a wardrobe, AV entertainment systems and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. The VIP stateroom is also fitted with a queen-sized bed as well as AV entertainment systems, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. The twin cabins both have single beds and AV entertainment systems, storage and an en-suite bathroom providing a toilet, sink and shower. The expert crew of 3 will ensure that every guest is well taken care of throughout their time onboard.

The 43.4m motoryacht Triple 8 has been listed for sale with Dennis Frederiksen from Fraser Yachts. She has been listed on the market with an asking price of $16 million.

Triple 8 was built with a steel hull and an aluminium superstructure by Royal Denship in 2009. The exterior work and naval architecture was carried out by Netherlands-based Diana Yacht Design, while the interior work is a product of Michela Reverberi of Diana Yacht Design. She is able to accommodate 11 guests over a five-cabin layout, consisting of one large master suite, two large VIP cabins, one double cabin and a twin cabin with a foldaway Pullman bed.

M/Y Triple 8

She is fitted with two Caterpillar 3508B DITA engines, both of which have approximately 3,417 hours on the clock. She has generally cruised at around 9.5 knots, giving a realistic range of 5,000 nautical miles (with an emergency allowance of 15,000 litres). However, a drop to 7 knots would allow her to obtain a range in excess of 10,000 nautical miles.

She has a large fuel capacity of 77,800 litres. To put this into perspective, the average fuel capacity for active 40-45m motoryachts is 47,584 litres, so she is clearly adept at long-range cruising. This has evidently been utilised in the past as her voyage history shows cruises in the Mediterranean, Caribbean, USA (she had her five-year survey in 2013 at Rybovich), Fiji and Australia. She is currently making her way to the Singapore boat show from Sydney.

Royal Denship has launched nine yachts to date. Triple 8’s delivery in 2009 was the last in its fleet before the yard entered an extended period of financial consolidation. On 21 December 2015, a rebranded Royal Denship announced its continuation of yacht building with its latest project, a 42m explorer yacht, with delivery forecasted for 2017.

Royal Denship motor yacht Triple 8 sold

The 43.4 metre motor yacht Triple 8 , listed for sale by Burgess , has been sold with the buyer introduced by JK3 Yacht Sales.

Built in steel and aluminium by Danish yard Royal Denship to a design by Diana Yacht Design , Triple 8 was delivered in 2009 and is Lloyd's classed. MCA compliant, she accommodates up to 11 guests in five cabins consisting of a master suite, two VIP suites, a double and a twin with a Pullman berth, all with flatscreen plasma televisions, surround sound, on-demand access to the central Kaleidescape server and full en-suite bathroom facilities.

Her restful, capacious interior by Michela Reverberi includes a large saloon with U-shaped seating on comfortable settees, a bar, entertainment system and a formal dining area.

Outside, ample deck areas include the aft deck with seating for 11 guests dining al fresco. Casual dining and relaxation is also available in the bridge deck skylounge, offering a home cinema with a 63-inch screen, a three piece suite and a mini bar. The large sun deck has a Jacuzzi aft with a barbecue, fridge and ice maker, and there are sun loungers forward facing an outdoor television screen.

Triple 8 came with a complete range of water toys including no fewer than three tenders, fishing tackle, snorkelling gear and three sets of scuba diving equipment plus a dive compressor. Twin 957hp Caterpillar engines give her a range of 5,000 nautical miles at 9.5 knots and she is fitted with Quantum zero speed stabilisers.

Triple 8 was asking $12,950,000.

Burgess Announce Sale of Triple 8

M/Y TRIPLE 8, a 43.4 metre custom motoryacht built by Danish shipyard Royal Denship in 2009, has been sold by Burgess for an asking price of USD 12,950,000.

Previously named Caneli, Triple 8 features a semi-displacement steel hull and aluminium superstructure with teak decks. Built in Denmark at Royal Denship’s Aarhus facilities, the yacht has an elegant exterior and considered engineering by Diana Yacht Design , the team behind her signature sable-coloured hull.

Triple 8 is equipped with stabilisation and zero speed stabilisers for a smoother cruising experience and when at anchor. Powered by two Caterpillar (3508 B) 1489kW diesel engines and propelled by her twin screw propellers, Triple 8 is capable of a top speed of 14 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots. With 75,830 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,915nm at 10 knots.

The interior of M/Y Triple 8 is courtesy of Italian design studio Michela Reverberi. The design team has matched exquisite Italian fabrics in neutral colours with bleached walnut carpentry for a tasteful backdrop and restful ambience, with the addition of brightly coloured furnishings to create a stylish flare.

Formal dining is served in a traditional dining room that can seat up to eight guests comfortably and is located alongside the main saloon. For more relaxed dining and entertaining, guests can unwind in the skylounge, which has an outdoor cinema. The highlight of the yacht’s amenities is the 16-metre sundeck that features a spa pool, a wet bar and oversized sun pads with sun loungers forward.

Triple 8 is able to accommodate up to 11 guests across five cabins, comprising of a master suite, three double rooms and one twin cabin, with space for a maximum of nine crew.

Built in 2009, Baca offers beautifully proportioned decks for exquisite indoor/outdoor living during a luxury yacht charter . Her features include underwater lights, beach club and gym.

Guest Accommodation

Baca is great for families thanks to her child-friendly setup. She offers guest accommodation for up to 11 guests with a layout comprising a master suite located on the main deck, three double cabins and one twin cabin. The supremely spacious full beam master suite benefits from a his and her bathroom. There are 7 beds in total, including 1 king, 3 queen, 2 singles, 1 pullman and 1 convertible. She is also capable of carrying up to 9 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience.

Onboard Comfort & Entertainment

You and your guests can enjoy a variety of experiences on Baca, particularly a beach club for you to relax on the edge of the water. A gym with all the latest equipment is available for a good work out and sit back with a glass of champagne in the deck jacuzzi.

Whatever your activities on your charter, you'll find some impressive features are seamlessly integrated to help you, particularly the underwater lights, adding spectacle and style after dark. With Wi-Fi connectivity you don't have to lose contact with the outside world, unless you want to and guests will experience complete comfort while chartering thanks to air conditioning.

Performance & Range

Built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, she benefits from a semi-displacement hull to provide exceptional seakeeping and impressive speeds. Powered by twin Caterpillar engines, she comfortably cruises at 10 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 12 knots with a range of up to 3,915 nautical miles from her 75,830 litre fuel tanks at cruising speed.

When not cruising Baca has onboard an incredible selection of water toys and accessories for you and your guests to connect with the waters around you. Principle among these are waterslides bringing a sense of fun that all the family can enjoy. Guests can feel the wind in their hair and jump the waves on one of the two Yamaha EXR WaveRunners. Also there are towable toys offering fun and adventure. If that isn't enough Baca also features waterskis, a Kite Surfer, a seabob, wakeboards, kayaks and much more. Baca features two tenders, but leading the pack is a 7.62m/25' Sea Hunter Tender to transport you in style.

Baca and her crew are available for charter this winter for cruising within the Caribbean and Central America. She is already accepting bookings this summer for cruising in the South Pacific.
