I had my boat serviced for years from a dealership and I had massive wait times, horrible service and bad pricing. I called Dallas Boat Service and John was out quickly and had my boat back up and running in two days. One of the days was waiting for the part. Not only did he have it fixed but he alerted me to another potential problem. He wanted to keep an eye on it. Anyone else would have possibly taken this as an opportunity to fix something that really needed to be watched. I told John and I'm sharing with others that he has earned my business and I'm a loyal customer. Thank you John and DBS for being honest and timely. Jim

My sons 25 hp mercury was pouring oil out the lower unit. These guys fixed him up in 15 minutes! I have had them do repair previously, they definitely know what they are doing. Highly recommended,

Tomorrow's the opening day for duck season of my son wanted to use his John boat, so he changed lower unit oil, but stripped out the drain plug took it up to see Dallas boat service. They repaired it in less than an hour, and actually went above and beyond such a good service and location as close for me. I highly recommend this place for any type of boat service.

Had our boat for the better part of a year, charged us over 10k and did not perform any of the agreed upon repairs.

Fantastic service. Honest and straightforward. They are a true beacon of light, especially when you've just bought a boat and the bilge pump sucks (literally).

Had the absolute WORST experience with Dallas Boat Service. I have never experienced such extreme lack of communication and unprofessionalism. The entire experience was absolutely unacceptable. They kept telling us our quote was almost ready for about 2 weeks, then completely stopped returning calls or texts altogether. We tried for days to get ahold of them and were essentially ghosted. After 2.5 weeks we finally had to go pick our boat up and they hadn't done anything. Extremely frustrated and disappointed with the whole experience. Please take your boat anywhere else in the DFW area!!

This business is a total SCAM they do not know anything about fixing boats. Their whole business model is up sell, upsell and more upsell. They mess up more on a boat than they fix. Then they want you to pay to gix what they broke. A friend warnex me not to use them but they were the only ones available at the time. I warn you now never use Dallas Boat Service.

Dallas Boat service has been servicing our boat for the past 3 years and we absolutely love them! They are incredibly responsive, provide SUPERIOR customer service, and do excellent work on our older boat! Additionally, this is  the boat team you need in your corner when something goes wrong. We've only had one 'on the water' issue happen, and they made what should have been a very stressful situation easy. They truly go above and beyond to help their loyal clients and give us peace of mind so we can focus on enjoying our time out on the lake. I can't say enough about them other than highly, highly recommend!
