Had been looking for a Pursuit OS 345, wanted to trade my 30 ft Pursuit to avoid the hassle of selling, was my sixth boat purchase in 10 years. Purchased a 2011 Sea Ray 280 Sundeck at Off The Hook. Phil Johnson was our sales person. Phil was very helpful and informative. We are from out of town and had to travel to check out our boat. We drove 10 hrs each way. When we arrived the boat was ready and hooked up to be test drove in the water. We were excited to purchase our beautiful boat. I came …. I saw …… I conquered…well actually we stopped in to look at a boat (a little 17 foot runabout), Had talked with Kyle G. earlier and he said the boat was in excellent shape (had heard that so many times before)

We met Kyle in the office and headed out to the yard, the boat was as he said it would be and more, showed us through the boat, started and ran it and gave us some time to talk it over, said we would buy it and expected to put money down and come back another time to pick it up. I want to highly recommend Brian Dressler to anyone thinking of selling their boat. He brings a uniqueness to the sale process that I think will set him out above others. Brian started the sale process by giving me actual sale prices for my type of boat that had been sold recently, Not the advertised price but the price the boat actually sold for. Once we agreed on the sale price he went to work getting my boat ready for sale. This is his genius, he water tested my boat, found the center motor was only running on 4 out of 6 cylinders. Had his mechanic fix all the problems at the lowest rate imaginable Then paid on his own to have the boat professionally detailed. Once he had the boat looking and running great, he took fantastic pictures , advertised the boat and within one and a half weeks on the market had the boat sold.

He handled every aspect of selling my boat, including making sure it was delivered to the new owner in perfect shape. His honesty, attention to detail and incredible skill level make him the one I recommend you contact, you will not be disappointed

I thought about selling my 2002 Chaparral 285 SSI instead of paying for winter storage. After several communications with Brett Stanfield from Off The Hook and sending him all info on the boat and pictures he requested, he told me he would have an offer for me in a few hours. He was waiting for final numbers from his purchasing manager. Instead, I heard nothing for another week so I sent him an email reminding him he said he would have numbers for me a week ago. Brett wrote back saying he had some medical problems and was in the hospital for a few days last week. What a crock! He must have gone into the hospital within a few hours of the previous week's communication because, in that email he said he would get back to me in a few hours. His response to me today when I emailed him about, 'where's my offer that was promised to me a week ago' his response was to bad mouth my boat as being 20 years old, just sell it yourself and 'I don't like your tone' My storage options have decreased due to his delay and I never did get an offer from him. The boat is in excellent condition with only 286 hours in 19 years. His company sells boats older than mine. After looking at their website, it became clear that they usually sell boats that are much higher priced than mine but they do sell older boats. I would advise anyone thinking of buying a boat from these guys, check the Better Business Bureau and the online reviews. You can do better!

10/10 recommend!!! such an amazing group to work with!! It really makes a difference when the team is after your best interests and knowledgeable about their products.

Open a west coast location! The brokers in California, or at least the ones we dealt with, don't love selling boats and need a class in customer service. I thought it would be difficult buying a boat across the country but Beau made it very easy and communicated with me throughout the entire process. it's not often that a company actually puts the customer first. I had issues at the time of delivery and Off the Hook took care of them even after the boat was delivered. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

Buyer beware! They are good "salesman" and butter you up until they have your money then they'll screw you. I purchased a Grady white and had them order a new trailer for it from Venture. When the trailer arrived at the dealership they called and said the trailer was the wrong size. They made some adjustments which allowed for safe travel and told me to take the boat and trailer home and they would order the correct trailer. They lied! They now are telling me that I have to pay a 10% restocking fee for this trailer because I pulled it home. 3 months after purchase, 2 payments in to the deal and I haven't been able to use the boat because they didn't want me to splash the trailer. After all of this waiting they are backing out of their word and leaving me high and dry, literally!

Great company with very helpful and friendly employees. If you need a yacht they got it.
