Seems like it would have been a cool place but now is just pretty run down. Plenty of parking which is convenient. They have mainly slots and a few tables but no electronic craps or anything like that. I will not be back. The staff and security were nice though!

Love this boat casino option and the opportunity to be able to walk outside on deck. Nice space overall. Don't think I'll get rich here but was pleasant enough to want to return some time. Worth checking out!

Nice place to chill and hit a Lick! LOL, fast friendly people and they have Craps!!! Nice!

As a loyal customer, it's frustrating to me that you call yourselves a 24/7 casino yet 3 am rolls around and the boss closes down the only active craps table with multiple players still giving you their action. I also noticed that the 3 card poker table and the Ultimate Texas Holdem tables closed down around this time also. Your available food options at this point are also severely lacking. At this point it might be worth taking a few more trips down to Rivers Casino where they at least have some decent food and keep the games going all night long.

My family and I were going into the casino and the manager or entrance manager was very rude to us . As if even our presence to enter the establishment was an irritation to him. The staff here treat the clients like garbage. When I advised him of his rudeness and told him we were going to rivers casino instead , he scoffed " Good . " Don't go here , the employees are just awful to the customers.

You can wait forever for a tech if you have a problem with your machine. Easily 15-20 minutes if you get up to look for someone, more like 30 if you just wait.

Worst place to go if you're handicapped they offer no assistance and no valet parking also they tighten up the machines so good luck winning. Will never go there ago!!! Worst place ever!!!

Like the casino just wish they had a decent place to eat Mon to Wed. If they dont want to open the steak house at least open the bar stes for wings burgers and salads. That pizza place is awful.

Don't waste your time...or money. Blew through $500 in two hours and nothing to show for it. Garbage.

We fully go to the casino expecting to lose and if we happen to win that would be a pleasant surprise. This has been our third visit to GV in the last year and a half or so and each time we have gotten no play whatsoever for our money. Please let your guests have a little fun before you take all their money. We will not be returning.

I love this casino as of late. They started getting great concerts at affordable ticket prices. Their venue's acoustics sound awesome. I love this casino as of late. They started getting great concerts at affordable ticket prices. Their venue's acoustics sound awesome. The blackjack tables are fun to play at because it seems like you actually have a chance to win. And I have done well on many occasions. Food is good. Nothing spectacular. The casino floor is easy to get around and find bathrooms and games.

I love Grand Victoria and it is the only riverboat casino left in Chicagoland area. Their newly remodeled Indulge is beyond gorgeous. How in the world do they keep the white booths so pristine and white! I always like to hit the carousel of progressive slots in the front when I leave as my final $20 last hoorah!

If you like to play blackjack, this is the best casino in Illinois to play at. Ordinary layout of the floor making it easy to get around. Plenty of slots and video poker. Dealers and floor are very helpful an professional. Not hard to get reasonable comps. The Metra stops near the Grand Victoria as well. Very fun casino...

Strange Glow Over Moscow Skies Triggers Panic as Explosions Reported

B right flashes lit up the night sky in southern Moscow in the early hours of Thursday morning, new footage appears to show, following reports of an explosion at an electrical substation on the outskirts of the city.

Video snippets circulating on Russian-language Telegram channels show a series of flashes on the horizon of a cloudy night sky, momentarily turning the sky a number of different colors. In a clip shared by Russian outlet MSK1.ru, smoke can be seen rising from a building during the flashes lighting up the scene.

Newsweek was unable to independently verify the details of the video clips, including when and where it was filmed. The Russian Ministry of Emergency situations has been contacted via email.

Several Russian Telegram accounts said early on Thursday that residents of southern Moscow reported an explosion and a fire breaking out at an electrical substation in the Leninsky district, southeast of central Moscow.

Local authorities in the Leninsky district told Russian outlet RBC that the explosion had happened in the village of Molokovo. "All vital facilities are operating as normal," Leninsky district officials told the outlet.

The incident at the substation in Molokovo took place just before 2 a.m. local time, MSK1.ru reported.

Messages published by the ASTRA Telegram account, run by independent Russian journalists, appear to show residents close to the substation panicking as they question the bright flashes in the sky. One local resident describes seeing the bright light before losing access to electricity, with another calling the incident a "nightmare."

More than 10 villages and towns in the southeast of Moscow lost access to electricity, the ASTRA Telegram account also reported. The town of Lytkarino to the southeast of Moscow, lost electricity, wrote the eastern European-based independent outlet, Meduza.

Outages were reported in the southern Domodedovo area of the city, according to another Russian outlet, as well as power failures in western Moscow. Electricity was then restored to the areas, the Strana.ua outlet reported.

The cause of the reported explosion is not known. A Telegram account aggregating news for the Lytkarino area described the incident as "an ordinary accident at a substation."

The MSK1.ru outlet quoted a local resident who speculated that a drone may have been responsible for the explosion, but no other Russian source reported this as a possible cause.

Ukraine has repeatedly targeted Moscow with long-range aerial drones in recent months, including a dramatic wave of strikes in late May.

On Sunday, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said the region's air defense systems had intercepted an aerial drone over the city of Elektrostal, to the east of Moscow. No damage or casualties were reported, he said.

The previous day, Russian air defenses detected and shot down another drone flying over the Bogorodsky district, northeast of central Moscow, Sobyanin said.

There is currently no evidence that an aerial drone was responsible for the reported overnight explosion at the electrical substation in southern Moscow.
