Two years ago, new management took over and now it is fantastic! PJ, Devon and Chris are dedicated and do a great job! They are responsive and are always hustling with a smile!
The new maintenance operations at Harilla landing are unethical and lack professionalism they bang into boats and scratch motors up and try to blame other people for it
These guys are great! We have kept our boat here for many years and also have it serviced here for the season. Management changed a couple years ago and we have had great experience since then. We call ahead and our boat is always put in the water in a timely way. Friendly and responsible guys!!
After 2 years of renting a space at this Yacht club, we have learned they are shady and unethical. Starting with not having our boat water ready by July 4th weekend last year. We waited 2 hours for them to detail our boat. Unacceptable. But we moved on. We did not touch the boat after August 9th, 2015 due to a family illness. Over the off season we received an expensive bill for services that were not requested by anyone that has rights to this boat. After we were informed that our space was privately rented out and we were out of luck. They set up a time to deliver our boat, which we could not be here to receive. However, once we got here and inspected it we noticed many items missing along with damage to the boat. The cockpit and bow cover being the most important as we NEVER left the boat unbuttoned when it was time to store it. After a couple trips to the yacht club and a few phone calls the manager Andy hung up on us. But with no answer where our items are. We will be pursuing this in the legal system and hope to prevent anyone else from suffering this fate.
