When you book a 4 star hotel you are expecting 4 star service and food. It was a 4 star beach. All rooms are very tired. Breakfast is awful like in a 1* hotel. Cold scrambled eggs, cold bacon. No fresh vegetables, only 1 cheese, and instant coffee. Instant coffee in Italy?????

Were staying at the hotel for a week. The best experience ever. Perfect location, the closest hotel to the beach, marvelous territory. Very professional and friendly staff - people at the reception were always really helpful and super efficient, waiters are just perfect, each of them. Skorzystaliśmy z promocji na bookingu by odwiedzić hotel Hellenia w Giardini Naxos. W hotelu znajduje się basen i prywatna plaża. Śniadanie było obfite i smaczne. Obsługa była dosyć miła, za wyjątkiem jednego jegomościa który nas żegnał. Pokój czysty, dobrze wyposażony z bardzo wygodnym łóżkiem i nowoczesną łazienką. Byłem bardzo zadowolony ze stosunku cena/jakość jaki otrzymałem.

We preferred this hotel before taormina, because of its free parking and late night arrival. We couldn’t reach free parking because of crowd of hotel and we had to park on street. It might be a problem at summer. The room is clean but hairs were on bathroom floor. The breakfast is not very good but the croissants and almond cake may the best in the island.

Sea front views and waves were exactly what we wanted. Walkable beach. Beautiful hotel overall.

The hotel is nice. It had everything you need, and had spa. We stayed there only for couple of days. Located in calm and quiet area, only 20 minutes of drive from Taormina. It had its own parking space, so you don’t have to think where to park. As soon as we arrived, the cool receptionist Salvo (Salvatore) welcomed us with friendly smile and gave us an awesome tips and guided us with everything. When you meet awesome people like this at service, make you want to come back👍 that’s what made it a great stay👍Grazie mille

A special thanks to Tonino for his kindness and professional attitude towards making my stay perfect for my needs. The superior room is comfortable and spacious. Amenities abund, and the walk-in shower is appreciated. Breakfast had a good variety. There is direct access to a beautiful beach. Finally, I had a nice Finnish sauna in the spa before I headed on. Good quality price ratio.

Everything was just perfect. We liked the sizes of the rooms, sea views, hotel facilities, parking, hotel beach, cleanliness, breakfast, and position of the hotel. The staff were very kind. Roberta from the reception desk was very competent and helpful. We highly recommend and will definitely return back.
