This is a wonderful place to buy a yacht gear for your boat. The staff is very helpful and friendly and were able to assist me with minimal effort. I needed a captains hat and they were right on it. This place is a hidden gym if you're looking for a great pair of Perry Topsider's or something fun to wear on your boat.

If being a part of a crew staff is your profession or you are a yacht captain or yacht owner and want every member of the crew to be appropriately dressed and look their best, you either go or send them to Smallwood's. When it comes to proper uniforms or proper dress for yacht staff or crew they have it all right from the appropriate chef's attire and table staff uniforms right on up to the officer's epaulets. Better yet, they can do custom fitting along with appropriate tailoring. The prices may seem a tad bit stiff but their items are generally specialty items of clothing and geared not to the boat or yacht but more to the "megayacht" market and the crews that work aboard them. They also carry a good line of yacht casual clothing such as deck shoes, shorts, polo shirts & etc. I've purchased a number of items from them here and also through the catalog with which I've generally been well pleased. In the event Yelp doesn't get around to changing the proper name on the posting for this establishment, it is "Smallwood's," not "Smallwoods's"

As a Capt., I've been using Smallwood's for years to outfit my crew. I haven't been anywhere that compares to their bend-over-backwards service, quality apparel, and resourcefulness. We put our crew in their new Horizon clothing line, which is awesome. The shorts are amazing and I bought a couple pairs to wear when I'm not working; great colors, great fit. Stop in even if you don't work on a yacht, just great stuff. Their stores in France and Spain just make it more convenient for us. Love 'em, check them out.
