Overall rating

Great hotel next to the beach. Small and good for couples or families with kids. The pools are never too busy and the gym is always available with clean showers and sauna. The pool has full service straight from the great restaurant and complimentary towels and lounge chairs. When one cannot make the great complimentary breakfast the staff will create a nice picknick basket any time of the evening or morning. The rooms are very nice with a/c and a small kitchen. The housekeeping is great and even did our dishes one day after we had forgotten to do it. Now the best part. We enjoy good food and while we also explored many restaurants in the area and neighboring towns, the restaurant 'catamaran' in the hotel actually trumped all of the restaurants we visited (and often drove 30-45min for). Their menu is not very large but their daily three course menu-del-dia can hold its own with some Michelin star level restaurants. It was different every day and all nine options between starter, main and dessert were great. On some days we enjoyed both lunch and dinner from the same menu! Parking was very good too. Enough space in their own covered area so we never had problems finding a space. Did we not like something? Not really...and I realize it makes this review almost too good to be true... But we just liked everything and recommend it to anyone. Thanks

das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig in direkter Strandnähe, was uns wichtig war. Der Zugang und Nutzungsmöglichkeit des benachbarten Camping-Geländes war sehr praktisch, wenn man mittags was essen wollte. Das Bett war sehr bequem! Frühstück vielfältig und lecker

Das Hotel liegt nahe am weitläufigen Strand, in der Nähe eines großen Campingplatzes. Ausser dem Restaurant im Hotel gibt es keine weiteren Restaurants, ausser den Lokalen im Campingplatz, deren Küche nicht zu empfehlen ist. Die Umgebung sind größtenteils Ferienwohnungen oder Häuser. Der nächste größere Ort ist nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Swimmingpool-Anlage war gepflegt.

Zimmer OK nur bisschen laut wegen viele kleine Kinder. Frühstück Ok nur die Korona-massnahmen nicht angenähm. Strand SUPER. Minus-punkt : nicht ausreichend Parkplätze

Good continental breakfast with a nice selection of pastries and cheeses and cold meats. Eggs and bacon, sausage served too. Might get a bit repetitive if you stay longer than we did. Clean comfortable modern room. Excellent cleaning staff. Great location, a short walk to waterpark at campsite. We spent most of our time there, where there's a great atmosphere and lots of entertainment. Hotel is much quiter and a good place to relax. Short walk from beach too. A bit far out from main village, so would benefit ftom a car.

During my recent stay at Novotel Moscow City from 9th to 22nd February, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm reception I received from the duty manager Marika. Her friendly demeanor and efficient handling of check-in made me feel welcome and valued as a guest as always. I also want to extend my appreciation to the night manager Maria for her attentiveness and quick response to any requests or concerns I had during my stay. Her professionalism and dedication to ensuring a comfortable experience for guests did not go unnoticed. The F&B Manager Darina and her associate Yulia deserves special recognition for their exceptional service and attention towards the incredible experience. I am extremely glad with the fact that how she is concerned with every details to make the valued guest feel exceptional during the stay. Lastly, I would like to express my deepest gratitude towards Deputy GM Marina for her overall management of the hotel. Her leadership and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay, and I truly felt well taken care of under her supervision.

1. Process of lamp light replacement should be managed more effectively. 2. It is too noisy in the inner rooms - noise from events (bad sound isolation) 3. All other aspects are on the good level.
