Every motor boat is unique, and there can be a wide range of vessels categorized under the name "motor boat." Let's explore some intriguing and lesser-known motor boats that have distinctive features and stand out from the norm.

Small motorboat

Charter services also offer the option to rent small motor boats, which are perfect for day trips to secluded beaches, nearby islands, or bays that are inaccessible by foot. These boats are typically compact and may not have cabins, making them suitable for short excursions. They are particularly recommended for families who have rented an apartment by the sea and wish to explore the surrounding areas by water. In many cases, these small motor boats are equipped with relatively low-powered engines, and in several countries, you may not even require a skipper's license to operate them. You can also rent a smaller boat.

Few people can buy a superyacht. And although many more people can rent one, it is still quite expensive. A superyacht or megayacht is considered to be a boat longer than 80 feet but you'll have to hire a professional skipper as only a handful of skippers have a licence for a boat of this length. Although houseboats generally have less powerful engines, this feature often allows them to be rented without a license in most destinations. How to operate a motor boat?

If you have sailing experience, driving a powerboat will seem like something very simple. You don't have to worry about ropes, sails, vignettes, masts or a flying jib. You simply start the boat and cruise wherever you want. Then it's the same as mooring with a sailboat.

One important aspect to be aware of when operating a motor boat is the  engine trim . Engine trim refers to the adjustment of the angle between the propeller and the bottom of the boat. Ideally, the propeller should be positioned vertically downward. As a motor boat gains speed, the bow of the boat may lift, causing the propeller to partially submerge. In such cases, it is the responsibility of the captain to intervene and adjust the engine trim to ensure that the propeller is aligned vertically and not at any angle other than 90 degrees to the water surface. This adjustment is crucial to prevent the boat from jumping or unnecessarily impacting the water with the bow. By maintaining the correct trim, the boat can navigate efficiently and provide a comfortable sailing experience for all on board.

Speculation explodes at Wednesday’s dinner party about the cyber hieroglyph, with the group tossing up two translations: the husband is about to dump his wife. Or someone let one rip.

What exactly does the wind emoji mean in this specific context? Everyone’s confused. More confused than when Lucinda tells them about how every surface in Timothy’s apartment is sticky. They all stop and take a second to ponder the image of a cartoon-style gust of air.

“What does that mean?” Sara whispers.

Lauren, fresh from blood clot surgery, arrives just in time to add to the speculation while consuming sparkling wine through an IV drip.

“It means ghost!” she declares, concluding Jack is about to pull a runner on Tori. “It was a smoke bomb emoji — like,  I’m outta here .”

Then she lets out a gasp and clutches her chest. One more theory has entered her mind. It’s far more potent than Jack dumping Tori.

“It means a fart,” she says.

This leads to the next hypothesis: Jack and Tori’s romp is all hot air. They had fake sex.  Dun dun dunnn!

Right on cue, the fake fornicators stroll in. When asked about their night of passion, they describe it with all the giddy playfulness of census night.

“We had sex, it was great,” Tori dismisses with an eye roll.

The chemistry is electric between the two lovers:

The rest of the freaks glance at each other suspiciously. They pick up their wine glasses and begin the attack.

This only raises more questions.

“Like … a  housemate ?” Lauren squints. “He’s literally gonna put her in a spare room and charge her rent and he’s gonna run into the Gold Coast sunset with his nipples hanging out!”

Timothy decides he wants to jump in on the drama and circle back to the original topic of conversation: fake sex.

“Have you made up the sleeping together thing to take the heat off?” he accuses.

Before anyone can ask what the hell the post-sex wind emoji means, Tori snaps.

“You can’t tell me how I feel!” she screams.

Glancing around the table at all the people questioning her, she realises she hates them all.

“No one at this table is someone I want to spend time with after this experiment,” she says. “None of you. None.”

She’s going to erase them all from her brain once the credits roll on the finale. We plan to do the same.

Meanwhile, Eden has another panic attack. She starts hyperventilating at the thought of her husband Jayden blabbing more of her secrets. She quietly leaves the party and he follows.

They don’t tell the others. They just blow outta there and txt everyone the wind emoji.

Spring is here — officially, at least.

The vernal equinox arrives on Tuesday, marking the start of the spring season for the Northern Hemisphere.

But what does that actually mean? Here's what to know about how we split up the year using the Earth's orbit.

What is the equinox?

As the Earth travels around the sun, it does so at an angle.

For most of the year, the Earth's axis is tilted either toward or away from the sun. That means the sun's warmth and light fall unequally on the northern and southern halves of the planet.

During the equinox, the Earth's axis and its orbit line up so that both hemispheres get an equal amount of sunlight. This year, the alignment happens March 19 at 11:06 pm Eastern Daylight Time.

The word equinox comes from two Latin words meaning equal and night. That's because on the equinox, day and night last almost the same amount of time — though one may get a few extra minutes, depending on where you are on the planet.

The Northern Hemisphere's spring — or vernal — equinox can land between March 19 and 21, depending on the year. Its fall – or autumnal — equinox can land between Sept. 21 and 24.

What is the solstice?

The solstices mark the times during the year when the Earth is at its most extreme tilt toward or away from the sun. This means the hemispheres are getting very different amounts of sunlight — and days and nights are at their most unequal.

During the Northern Hemisphere's summer solstice, the upper half of the earth is tilted in toward the sun, creating the longest day and shortest night of the year. This solstice falls between June 20 and 22.

Meanwhile, at the winter solstice, the Northern Hemisphere is leaning away from the sun — leading to the shortest day and longest night of the year. The winter solstice falls between December 20 and 23.

What's the difference between meteorological and astronomical seasons?

These are just two different ways to carve up the year.

Meteorological seasons are defined by the weather. They break down the year into three-month seasons based on annual temperature cycles. By that calendar, spring starts on March 1, summer on June 1, fall on Sept. 1 and winter on Dec. 1.

Astronomical seasons depend on how the Earth moves around the sun.

Equinoxes mark the start of spring and autumn. Solstices kick off summer and winter.

What We Know About Trump’s Failure to Arrange a Half-Billion-Dollar Bond

Donald J. Trump’s lawyers told a judge that their client could not come up with the collateral needed to stave off efforts to collect a $454 million judgment. He has six days left.

It’s crunchtime for Donald J. Trump.

By Monday, March 25, the former president must secure an appeal bond for roughly half a billion dollars in his civil fraud case in New York, and his ability to do so was called into question this week.

In a court filing, Mr. Trump’s lawyers revealed that he had been unable to secure an appeal bond despite “diligent efforts” that included approaching about 30 bond companies.

While Mr. Trump this month managed to post a $91.6 million bond in his defamation case against the writer E. Jean Carroll, securing the deal at the 11th hour from a large insurance company , he lacks the assets needed to secure the far bigger guarantee for the fraud case.

If he cannot produce the bond in time, Mr. Trump faces the possibility of financial disaster and humiliation. New York’s attorney general, Letitia James, who brought the fraud case, would be entitled to collect the $454 million and could seek to seize Mr. Trump’s New York properties or freeze his bank accounts.

And Mr. Trump’s money problems spread well beyond New York. As the presumptive Republican nominee for president, he is facing increased pressure to raise money to fund his campaign, lagging behind his opponent, President Biden, in fund-raising.

In recent days, The New York Times has received many questions about Mr. Trump’s financial woes. Here are answers to several:

What was Trump accused of?

Ms. James took Mr. Trump, his company and his adult sons to trial last fall, accusing them of fraudulently inflating the value of his golf clubs, office buildings and other properties to the tune of about $2 billion.

Mr. Trump exaggerated the property values, and in turn his own net worth, to obtain favorable loan terms from banks and insurers, according to Ms. James.

At the trial, which lasted months, Ms. James’s lawyers showed that Mr. Trump’s company had ignored appraisals and manipulated numbers to sometimes absurd heights.

For example, the former president had valued his triplex apartment in Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue as if it were 30,000 square feet for years. It was actually 10,996 square feet.

Mr. Trump lost the trial. The judge overseeing the case — there was no jury — ruled in favor of Ms. James.

How was he punished?

The judge, Arthur F. Engoron, came down hard on Mr. Trump, imposing a judgment of $355 million plus interest, amounting to $454 million.

The judge also imposed a range of penalties that could curb Mr. Trump’s influence over his family business, barring him from serving as a top executive at a New York company for three years.

What comes next?

Mr. Trump has appealed the judgment.

Although he does not have to pay Ms. James’s office the $454 million while he appeals, he is on the hook to either cut a check to the New York State Court system for the full amount himself, or, more likely, obtain an appeal bond.

What is an appeal bond?

In this case, it would be a document in which a bond company promises to pay the $454 million judgment, plus interest, if Mr. Trump were to lose his appeal and fails to pay.

To obtain a bond of such size, Mr. Trump would need to pledge a significant amount of collateral to the bond company — about $557 million, his lawyers said — including as much cash as possible, as well as any stocks and bonds he could sell quickly.

He would also owe the bond company a fee that could amount to nearly $20 million.

Does he have enough cash to obtain one?

Short answer: No.

A recent New York Times analysis found that Mr. Trump had more than $350 million in cash as well as stocks and bonds, far short of the $557 million he would need to post in collateral.

In a court filing on Monday, Mr. Trump’s lawyers said they had contacted more than 30 bond companies, and none had agreed to do a deal.

But I thought he was a billionaire?

While Mr. Trump has long bragged about his wealth, his true financial position remains something of a mystery. And most of his wealth is tied up in his real estate holdings, which bond companies don’t typically accept as collateral.

He also has less liquid collateral available today than he did even a few weeks ago. Earlier this month, Mr. Trump had to post a $91.6 million bond in the defamation case he lost to E. Jean Carroll. For that, he most likely had to pledge more than $100 million in collateral to Chubb, the insurance company that provided the bond. That money cannot be used as collateral for a second bond.

What is the deadline for the bond?

Mr. Trump asked an appeals court either to pause the fraud judgment while he appeals it, or to accept a lesser bond of $100 million. The court could rule this week.

Although Ms. James could have moved to collect the $454 million immediately, she offered a 30-day grace period, which ends on March 25.

Ms. James could still grant additional time for Mr. Trump to pay or show mercy to the former president by offering a counterproposal.

What other options does Trump have?

If the appeals court denies his bid for a pause, and he still can’t find a bond by March 25, he might appeal to the state’s highest court.

Assuming that fails, he could quickly sell one of his properties or other assets, or seek help from a wealthy supporter. He might also try to obtain a loan from a bank, which he could then post as collateral for a bond.

And if all else fails, he could have the corporate entities implicated in the fraud case file for bankruptcy, which would automatically halt the judgment against those entities. But Mr. Trump is likely to balk at bankruptcy, and even if he were to pursue that path, it is not a panacea.

Ms. James’s judgment would not be halted against Mr. Trump himself, and she would most likely seek to hold him accountable for his company’s debts.

How could the state collect?

If Mr. Trump misses the March 25 deadline, Ms. James will be free to collect the money owed to the state.

It could get ugly for Mr. Trump.

Although Ms. James can’t put Mr. Trump in jail — because it is a civil case, not a criminal one — she still has plenty of leverage. With help from a local sheriff, she could freeze some of his bank accounts.

And if she wanted to take a more aggressive posture, she could even try to seize some of the properties involved in the case, including his office tower at 40 Wall Street in Lower Manhattan.

One swift option would be for her to place a lien on the buildings. Actually seizing them through the courts and the foreclosure process could take significant time.

Ms. James probably would not be entitled to seize assets unrelated to the case, though that and similar questions might require litigation to resolve.

Could Trump use campaign money to pay?

Probably not.

A super PAC supporting Mr. Trump’s candidacy can raise unlimited amounts of money, but it is legally banned from coordinating with him and cannot pay the judgment.

And although the former president has used a political action committee under his control to pay for lawyers and witnesses in his legal cases, that group lacks the kind of money needed to address the $454 million penalty.

He is now scrambling to raise campaign cash as he faces a significant financial deficit. Mr. Biden’s campaign recently announced that it had entered March with $155 million cash on hand. Mr. Trump’s campaign and the Republican National Committee had about $40 million total on hand at the end of January, though the Trump campaign has not released a more recent total.

What else is happening on March 25?

Mr. Trump also has a crucial hearing in his Manhattan criminal case, which could be the first prosecution of a former American president.

The Manhattan district attorney, Alvin Bragg, filed charges against Mr. Trump that accuse him of covering up a sex scandal involving a porn star to bolster his 2016 presidential campaign. The case is now proceeding to trial.

Jury selection was originally scheduled to start on March 25, but the trial was delayed late last week after the disclosure of more than 100,000 pages of records that had been in the possession of the federal prosecutors.

While the documents have now been turned over, Mr. Trump’s lawyers were given until mid-April to review the papers.

Justice Juan M. Merchan set the March 25 hearing to determine if the trial should be delayed further and to rule on Mr. Trump’s motion for an outright dismissal.

The Manhattan case is among four criminal prosecutions Mr. Trump faces.

Meteorological seasons are defined by the weather. They break down the year into three-month seasons based on annual temperature cycles. By that calendar, spring starts on March 1, summer on June 1, fall on Sept. 1 and winter on Dec. 1.

Astronomical seasons depend on how the Earth moves around the sun.

Equinoxes mark the start of spring and autumn. Solstices kick off summer and winter.

Ready or not, the spring season is here.

Tuesday, March 19 marks the vernal equinox , bringing the first day of spring to the Northern Hemisphere. Daylight hours will continue to increase, especially after the start of daylight saving time , and will peak with the summer solstice in June.

Millions of Americans will have the chance to experience another astronomical event soon after the spring equinox, with the solar eclipse on April 8 and a 115-mile-wide path of totality that will pass over portions of Mexico and the United States, ending in Canada.

When is the first day of spring in 2024?

The spring equinox is Tuesday, March 19 and brings the first day of astronomical spring to the Northern Hemisphere.

While the date for the vernal equinox and astronomical spring may shift a few days year to year, meteorological spring began a few weeks earlier and is always on March 1.

In the Southern Hemisphere, March 19 will mark the start of the fall season.

What is the exact time of the spring equinox?

This year, the spring equinox will happen for the Northern Hemisphere on Tuesday, March 19 at 11:06 p.m. EDT, according to the National Weather Service .

What happens during the spring equinox?

Seasons are caused by the Earth's tilt and rotation, which is on a tilted axis of 23.5 degrees, on average.

As the Earth orbits elliptically around the sun, it is at its closest point in January and the farthest in July. Near the summer solstice, which typically occurs around June 21, the Northern Hemisphere is in a more direct path of the sun's energy, producing longer days and shorter nights. 

Ninety days after each equinox in the summer and winter, the sun is positioned directly over the equator, which comes on or around September 21 in the fall and March 21 in the spring.

This year, the Earth is at the vernal, or spring, equinox on March 19.

"Basically, the sun's energy is in balance between the northern and southern hemispheres," the  National Weather Service notes.

What does 'equinox' mean?

The word "equinox" is derived from the Latin words "aequus," meaning equal, and "nox," meaning night, according to the National Weather Service.

When is the summer solstice in 2024?

The summer solstice , or the day with the longest daylight hours of the year, will happen on June 20, 2024. It marks the start of the summer season in the Northern Hemisphere and the winter season in the Southern Hemisphere.

The clocks for millions of Americans sprang forward as daylight saving time began Sunday, March 10 at 2 a.m. local time, allowing for more daylight in the evening.

What does wood-to-energy giant Enviva's bankruptcy mean for North Carolina?

The company, which operates four mills in eastern n.c., filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy last week, stating that it had debts of more than $2.6 billion..

When the biggest wood-to-energy company in the world declared bankruptcy last week, stating its debts exceeded $2.6 billion, it ended a months-long waiting game to find out the future of Enviva.

The Maryland-based company has a substantial economic footprint in Eastern North Carolina. According to the company, it supports 1,800 jobs across the state, with most of those associated with four mills − in Northampton, Richmond, Hertford and Sampson counties − and an export facility at the Port of Wilmington.

The mills turns trees into wood pellets that are shipped overseas to supply "cleaner" fuel for power plants in Europe and Asia that are used to be powered by pollutant-spewing fossil fuels, like coal.

Here's the latest we know about the potential impacts of Enviva's Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing on the Tar Heel State:

How did we get here?

Basically, thanks to Enviva entering bad contracts and wood pellet prices cratering.

The result was a collapse in the company's share price from more than $80 a share in early 2022 to around 45 cents a share on Tuesday, and Enviva's value falling from nearly $3.5 billion to less than $34 million.

After recording massive losses in the third quarter of 2023, the company announced plans to restructure and enter talks with its creditors and customers. Then it skipped a bond payment, delayed reporting its fourth-quarter results from 2023, and kept getting a extensions on talks with its creditors.

The end result was last week's negotiated filing for bankruptcy.

"These agreements with our lenders and noteholders represent a significant milestone in the ongoing process to transform our business, as we focus on improving profitability, reducing costs, enhancing asset productivity, and optimizing our capital structure," company CEO Glenn Nunziata said in a  statement . "We look forward to emerging from this process as a stronger company with a solid financial foundation and better positioned to be a leader in the future growth of the wood-based biomass industry."

The restructuring is targeted to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2024, the company said.

What does it mean?

Chapter 11 bankruptcy is designed to allow a company, with the court's permission, to stay in business while it restructures its operations, which in many cases means shedding debt and bad contracts. In theory, that should allow the company to emerge as a leaner company better able to serve its customers and creditors.

That's exactly what Enviva says it plans to do.

Although historical analysis shows the company's projections to be quite aggressive, Tim Hynes, global head of credit research at  Debtwire , said Enviva should emerge from bankruptcy well capitalized and operating as a smaller, slimmed-down, but more sustainable business.

Moves include shedding roughly $1 billion in debt and reducing its capital expenditures. Although Enviva said that construction will continue at its mill in Epes, Alabama, work will be paused at its planned mill in Bond, Mississippi.

Among the biggest contracts that could be nixed or renegotiated is a nearly $350 million deal with German utilities giant RWE. According to filings, Enviva agreed to buy large quantities of raw material from RWE in 2022 to turn into wood pellets. But the company terminated the deal early after pellet prices crashed.

What about its operations, creditors in North Carolina?

Hynes said that at least for the short term he expects Enviva to operate its North Carolina mills and exports from the Port of Wilmington as normal.

"It's going to be pretty much business as usual," he said. "That could change as their reorganization plan starts taking more shape, but I don't think you'll see any immediate changes."

Enviva hadn't filed a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification, or WARN notice , with the N.C. Department of Commerce announcing any mass layoffs as of Tuesday.

The company also runs a shipping terminal at the Port of Wilmington. A spokesperson for the State Port said the agency wouldn't have a comment at this time on any potential financial ramifications from the company's bankruptcy filing.

According to court filings, Enviva owes money to several North Carolina companies, the largest of which is Ezzell Trucking, in Harrells, which is owed $1.5 million. Electrical Equipment Co. in Raleigh is owed $332,000.

Hynes said he expects all the company's creditors will get paid. In a letter to its business partners, Enviva stated that it intends to pay all its vendors in full.

"It's just how long it might take some people to get paid," Hynes said.

Stock holders and tax credits

And if you're an Enviva stock holder?

"It probably won't get any worse than it is now," Hynes said, adding that current shareholders are expected to retain at least 5% of the post-bankruptcy company.

One unknown is if Enviva's bankruptcy will impact the federal government's plan to expand a tax credit program for biomass producers, like wood pellet companies. The move was seen as a way of promoting the Biden administration's push to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from traditional coal- and gas-powered power plants, which contribute to climate change and a warming climate, in favor of more environmentally friendly fuels sources.

Environmentalists have repeatedly questioned the alleged sustainability value of chopping down trees in the U.S., processing them and then shipping the pellets thousands of miles to burn as a "clean" fuel source for power plants. Enviva also has faced environmental justice questions over its logging practices and emissions from pellet production, since many of the company's operations are located in low-income and minority communities.

The company has repeatedly said it embraces sustainable logging practices and provides jobs in areas where other economic opportunities are often limited.

“Years of deceiving customers, destroying forests, and polluting communities has finally caught up to Enviva,” said Danna Smith, executive director of Dogwood Alliance, in a statement after the company filed for bankruptcy. “In the process millions of taxpayer dollars have been wasted. Our government must not give one more dime to this failing, dirty industry. Instead, we need to start the process of recovery and transition. We need a shift to forest protection, not more destruction.”

Trump clinches delegate majority for GOP nomination, NBC News projects, setting up Biden rematch

Former President Donald Trump has secured enough delegates to seal the Republican presidential nomination, NBC News projects, setting up a 2024 rematch with President Joe Biden, who NBC News proje c ted earlier Tuesday night has c linched the Democratic nomination .

Trump went into Tuesday's contests in Georgia, Hawaii, Mississippi and Washington as the presumptive nominee after he vanquished all his primary opponents, while Biden faced little opposition in his primaries. Former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley ended her bid for the Republican nomination last week after she won just one state on Super Tuesday.

Trump's projected victories Tuesday night pushed him over the 1,215-delegate mark — the "magic number" needed for a majority at the GOP's July convention in Milwaukee. Those delegates will be bound by party rules to support him, even as he faces looming court cases in four separate indictments.

The general election starts with Biden’s favorability having dip ped below 40% in a spate of recent polls , below Trump, who also remains unpopular . While Biden ran ahead of Trump in virtually every major poll in 2020, recent polls have shown the race virtually tied or with Trump holding a slight edge , with voters raising concerns about Biden's age and Trump's legal woes.

While Biden ran virtually unopposed on the Democratic side, Trump steamrolled through a Republican primary field that included a handful of prominent politicians. He won all but two contests (in Vermont and Washington, D.C.) through Tuesday and retained his grip on the Republican primary electorate in the process.

Candidates who ran against him as vocal critics — such as former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson and former Rep. Will Hurd of Texas — couldn't get traction. Those looking to brand themselves as Trump 2.0 — such as Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and businessman Vivek Ramaswamy — couldn't break Trump's hold on the party.

His former vice president, Mike Pence, found himself unable to get out of his shadow but also unable to appeal to Trump supporters after he defied Trump's wishes and didn’t move to block the certification of the 2020 election on Jan. 6, 2021.

Haley eventually turned her campaign into a destination for the share of Republican voters who desperately want their party to change course away from Trump, but her standing among Republican voters overall f e ll as she stepped up the anti-Trump rhetoric.

At times, it seemed like two GOP presidential primary contests were playing out in parallel — one with Trump largely refusing to engage with the rest of the field as the heavy favorite and another featuring the rest of the field scrambling for a distant second place.

Initially, some Republicans thought Trump could be beaten. DeSantis, a popular general in the GOP culture wars who in 2022 notched the largest victory in a Florida governor's race since 1982, briefly led Trump in hypothetical one-on-one contests. DeSantis and his supporters believed that he could snatch support from Trump, particularly after Trump-backed candidates underperformed in the same 2022 midterms that DeSantis dominated.

But DeSantis' campaign stumbled out of the gate and never truly recovered his standing in the polls, in part because of early attacks from the Trump team aimed at preventing his rise. Questions about the campaign's strategy and finances emerged just months into his bid, he replaced his campaign manager over the summer, and his well-funded super PAC clashed both internally and with the campaign .

Haley's campaign started off slow, but her stock steadily r o se heading into this year. Capitalizing on that momentum, the Haley campaign waited until the fall to start spending big, and she vaulted into the second tier of candidates, finishing just 2 percentage points behind DeSantis in Iowa.

Unable to garner momentum in Iowa, DeSantis suspended his campaign, elevating Haley into a one-on-one battle against Trump. But she continued to poll poorly with Republican voters , relying heavily on support from self-identified independents and Democrats in states that allowed them to participate in GOP nominating contests, a dynamic that vastly limited her ceiling even as she gave voice to many voters' discontent with Trump.

All the while, Trump didn't participate in a single GOP presidential primary debate. His campaign even called on the Republican National Committee to cancel the debates last fall.

Four indictments — over allegations from making hush-money payments to an adult film actress to mishandling of classified documents to efforts to overturn the 2020 election — and civil judgments for business fraud and defamation related to a rape allegation from an author didn’t prevent Trump from maintaining his grip on the GOP primary electorate (and they may have helped Republicans rally around him ).

After his victories in Iowa and New Hampshire, then-RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel said on Fox News that she believed voters had sent a "clear" message that Trump would be the nominee, even though Haley was still an active candidate.

And despite those words, and her long history of supporting him, Trump called for McDaniel's resignation as leader of the party shortly afterward. Trump's preferred picks — former North Carolina GOP Chairman Michael Whatley and the former president's daughter-in-law Lara Trump — took the reins of the RNC this month as chair and co-chair, respectively, as Trump once again takes over as the Republican Party's presidential nominee and its singular standard-bearer.
