This was a great experience. This sail is very calm and relaxing and a completely different experience from the trade wind sails, where you expect to get tossed around and get wet. The crew was very friendly and attentive. The sunset was gorgeous, even though it was overcast all day. My wife and I now prefer this sail over the trade winds sails we have done in the past. This is the best deal in Waikiki. Was there for a week and went on this cruise three times. ~$30 for one hour sail with open bar. So, you can sit in a hotel bar and nurse one drink or be on the ocean enjoying amazing views, listen to lively music and chug down multiple drinks. No brainer. Shout out to Dustin for the amazing sailing experience.

This was a total blast! The guys running the boat were friendly and entertaining. The sites were phenomenal. The sea life is gorgeous. And the drinks were very good. I booked a second trip, can’t wait to sale again!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Guests will receive a full refund only with a minimum 24-hour notice of cancellation. Full refunds are also issued in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

During the slower seasons and typically the morning sails, tour cancellations can occur due to a minimum requirement of 6 booked guests. In these rare situations, guests are always given the option to rebook or refund. If you are concerned about your tour, please call with any questions.

Guests wishing to rebook or reschedule must give 24 hours notice. Contact us by phone directly to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows and guests canceling within 24 hours of departure will be charged full price .*Groups of 20 or larger are required to give 72-hour notice to cancel or modify bookings.

The green flash, sometimes spotted in Key West sunsets, is a fleeting emerald shimmer that appears just as the sun dips below the horizon. This rare phenomenon occurs due to the way sunlight bends in Earth’s atmosphere, briefly separating the sun’s colors and allowing a glimpse of green.

Seeing wildlife on a Key West sunset cruise is possible, but not guaranteed. Dolphins are frequent visitors, and you might spot sea turtles, manta rays, or even sharks depending on the day. Keep your eyes peeled and listen for splashes – the sunset might come with an unexpected animal encounter!

Across the Gulf Steam from Florida's east coast lies the Bimini Island Chain. These sub tropical low-lying islands are a fantastic destination for a weeklong sail. Bimini offers some of the finest SCUBA diving, snorkeling, fishing and beachcombing anywhere. These "islands in the stream" offer water clarity, which is nothing less than spectacular. You may rent snorkel gear at our office in Ft. Lauderdale if you have not brought your own. For those who are certified divers we recommend renting your SCUBA gear from Underseas Sports in Ft. Lauderdale before you head across the Gulf Stream.

The Bimini Chain is lightly populated with the center of village life located on North Bimini, in Alice Town. There are many small restaurants, shops, and bars, as well as the Hemingway Museum at the complete Angler. Marinas are abundant if you decide not to anchor out. The beaches on North Bimini offer miles of un-crowded fine white sand and snorkeling from the waters edge. Golf Carts and Mopeds are available for rent so you can explore the island. One of the most interesting dive and snorkel sites off of North Bimini is "Bimini Road", which some say is the ruin of the lost city of Atlantis.

South Bimini is primarily residential with only two marinas. The new Bimini Sands Marina is located at the entrance to the harbor and has a Customs and Immigration office so you can clear in there without having to take a taxi and ferry over to North Bimini. The other marina is located at the south end of the island. A new channel has been dredged in Nixon's Harbor that takes you into the marina. Not far from the south end of South Bimini lies the wreck of the "Sappona". This is a great snorkel and dive site.

The only other island in the Bimini's with a marina is on North Cat Cay. This is a private Island with some "high profile" homeowners. For this reason the local authorities limit the accessibility of the island for non-members. You are welcome at the Marina for transient dockage but they prefer for you to stay in the area of the marina where there is a fine dining restaurant a store for provisions, dock bar, and gift shop. It is a truly beautiful setting at the marina and we recommend this for your last night in the Bahamas. Just off the coast of South Cat Cay is a fantastic dive site. "Tuna Alley" has mooring balls and is 50' to 80' with deep caverns and crevasses in the coral.

There are many other Anchorages such as Honeymoon Harbour, Dollar Harbour. Moxom Rocks, and Nixon Harbour. Please call to speak with our knowledgeable staff for more details.

Where are you located?

Where do i park, what about bad weather, can we bring our own alcohol, are guests required to wear life jackets, is there a restroom on the boat, what is the unlimited drink wristband, how do i pay for drinks on board if i don't have a wristband, can i host a private party on the boat.

It is best to reserve as early as possible, as last minute bookings are hard to get. We suggest a few days ahead of time. Walk-ups are welcome if you want to leave your adventure to chance of available space on one of our day trips.

**NOTE** If at check-in, surf conditions are deemed dangerous, guests can expect to walk 10-15 minutes north on the beach walk to a safer boarding area. Check-in location will not change.

We will be loading from the beach, you can expect to get wet up to your knees when you board. Please watch the short Beach Loading video below, taken on a small surf day. This tour is NOT recommended for guests with mobility issues. Please consider a tour with a Maalaea departure.

This excursion loads directly from the sands of world-famous Ka’anapali Beach, and you WILL get wet when loading. Please watch this quick video showing our beach-loading process during medium shore break. Please keep in mind that beach loading requires a certain level of physical fitness.   Guests with injuries or disabilities which impede mobility may find beach loading too difficult or strenuous. It is recommended that guests with mobility issues and parents with small infants , book one of our many tours departing from the Lahaina Harbor.

In the summer, you can choose from 4 departure times. Although the MMAD Catter can hold 25 people, we limit our capacity so our guests never feel crowded. First, we will tour the harbor to see some sea otters and sea lions. Then we will head into the bay, set the sails, and enjoy an hour of sailing on the Pacific Ocean. From the water, we can see Monterey, Pacific Grove, Santa Cruz, and Moss Landing. Sip on a drink and look out for whales and dolphins. Sailing is an eco-friendly way to tour the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary because we burn fossil fuels only when necessary to get in and out of the harbor. As the city of Heraklion wakes around you and the 16th-century Koules fortress sparkles with morning light, make your way to the Heraklion Port to begin your enchanting morning cruise. Aim to arrive about 15 minutes before your 9:30 am departure time, which ensures you have time to enjoy your picturesque surroundings before hopping on board the catamaran. Your friendly crew will have freshly brewed coffee waiting, along with tea, soft drinks, water, cheese pies, and biscuits. So, all you have to do is grab a drink and snack of your choice and settle in for a quick safety briefing.

Cruise to Dia Island Bay

The quiet morning hours are an extraordinary time to take in the serenity of the Sea of Crete, and shortly after boarding, you’ll find yourself cruising along the open sea toward Dia Island. Without the traffic afternoon excursions tend to see, this hour-long cruise to Dia Island promises to be a highlight. Bask in the gentleness of the morning sun, watch for marine animals playing in azure waters, and savor this moment of ultimate relaxation.

Upon reaching an idyllic bay tucked off Dia Island, your crew will turn off the engines, drop anchor, and bring out all the equipment needed to fill an hour of free time. Beyond being expert sailors, your crew are also handy in the kitchen and have been busy preparing a tasty feast of Greek specialties. Sit back and savor a delicious lunch featuring Greek salad, pasta with shrimp saganaki, mussels in turmeric sauce, and chicken breast. In addition, complimentary wine, beer, raki, and soft drinks add the perfect touch to your lunch at sea.

Taking everyone from old salts to first-timers, you find yourself relaxed and realizing why you’re on vacation — to be here on the water in West Grand Traverse Bay. Cruises range from 1.5 to 2.5 hours long, depending on the time of day.
