Brewer Dauntless is a fully-equipped, state-of-the-art facility that can handle any boater’s needs. The yard is on the west bank of the Connecticut River, about five miles from the wide-open waters of Long Island Sound. Nice, professional staff but watch out!...bought a boat from them and motor wasn't working within a day of picking up the boat. DO NOT LET SALES STAFF TALK YOU OUT OF GETTING BOAT INSPECTED regardless of the size...get the boat and motor inspected!! We were first time boat buyers so big mistake on our part, we listened when salesperson told us only "yachts" needed to be inspected or it is a waste of money...still waiting to get boat repaired and all cost is on us.

I just want to say that these brokers are the most professional people that i was glad to meet, in my search for the perfect boat. I was able to meet with John in the deep river location and he helped us through the whole process of purchasing a new boat, without the stress from sales to service. Awesome people.

A popular boating destination situated at the mouth of the Mystic River, one mile from the Connecticut coast, Ram Island has waters ideal for swimming, paddleboarding, snorkeling, and exploring. The 20 acre island was home to a hotel and resort during the Victorian era and even played host to the world lightweight bare-knuckle boxing championship. Today it makes for a fun day-trip excursion to sightsee, play, and relax.

Bluff Point

This 800-acre wooded peninsula jutting into the Long Island Sound contains one of Connecticut’s only remaining sections of untouched coastline. Sample award-winning estate wines along the Connecticut shoreline at this historic vineyard bordered by the tidal marshes of the Wequetequock Cove.
