Reservations are normally Saturday-Saturday during the summer and some weeks during the spring and fall. Please inquire about other check-in days. During the off-season, there is a three (3) night minimum except for holidays.

Daily maid service is not included with your rental, but we do offer this service at an additional cost. Please speak to your reservationist about scheduling daily maid service.

Departure maid service is provided for all of our rentals and is included in your rental rate. The maid service will clean your unit at the end of your stay after you check out. All we ask from you is to clean any dirty dishes, empty the trash, and lock the door when you leave.

Yes. Smoking is NOT permitted in any of our properties. Smoking in a unit will result in a minimum $500 charge applied to the credit card that we have on file.

You cannot have mail sent directly to your property. Please have any mail sent to our office with attention to the recipient's name. 311 17th Ave S, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582 .

No pets are allowed. Any evidence of pets in a rental unit will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee and may be subject to immediate eviction with no refund.

We DO NOT rent to individuals under 25 years old, even if a parent or other legally responsible adult makes the reservation. No subletting of a rental unit will be permitted. If any such group or unauthorized guest(s) occupy a rental unit, they will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.

Yes! All of our condos come equipped with bed linens and bath towels. There will be enough linen and towels for the maximum occupancy only.

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival date: Monies paid up to the amount of the Required Deposit are non-refundable or transferrable. Monies paid more than the required deposit will be refunded less a 3% merchant fee. If Travel Insurance was purchased, please contact CSA Seaside Coastal Travel Insurance at 1-866-642-5889 for coverage details and the claims process.

Cancellations 30 days or less to arrival date: Monies paid will be refunded less a $100 fee if the accommodations are re-rented for the same dates and price as the cancelled reservation. Refunds will be adjusted for re-rentals for fewer nights and/or lesser price than the cancelled reservation. If the accommodations are not re-rented, monies paid are non-refundable or transferrable. If Travel Insurance was purchased, please contact CSA Seaside Coastal Travel Insurance at 1-866-642-5889 for coverage details and the claims process.

Yes! Departure cleaning is included with each rental.

Reservation Price includes the base rental amount (including linens and departure maid service), rental fees (which encompasses all Resort and Destination fees associated with each reservation), and applicable taxes. The pricing details and Payment Schedule of the reservation are provided during the booking process. The reservation balance is always due 30 days prior to the arrival date. If a credit card was used for the deposit, that card will automatically be charged for all future payments.

The master bedroom with ceiling fan features a king bed with luxurious hotel-quality linens. The attached bath has a beautiful walk in shower and granite top vanity with ample space. In recent years, the new Russian elite has turned to golf as a vehicle of integration in the era of globalization. Located 25 miles from Moscow, it is part of a vast complex featuring an 18-hole golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus , a polo club and a mountain ski club with four tracks. The design combines classic Scottish, Alpine, and English features in a dreamy landscape.

Less than 60 miles from Moscow, this golf course with a definite Scottish design is the only one in Russia recognized as a PGA (Professional Golfers’ Association) from Britain and Ireland. Located alongside the exclusive Hamilton Island Yacht Club, this designer villa offers a tranquil and stylish island escape. It offers an abundance of space, as well as four bedrooms - each with its own ensuite bathroom. It also includes a buggy, so you can explore the island with ease.

What makes this home special?

The Yacht Club Villa complex occupies a superb location at the end of Front Street, behind the iconic Hamilton Island Yacht Club.

Villa 7 offers magnificent views of the waterfront lagoon pool, as well as the Hamilton Island Yacht Club and the turquoise waters of Dent Passage. A large, comfortable living area flows directly onto the waterfront reserve and provides easy access to the shared lagoon pool.

Australian Design.

Designed by renowned architect Walter Barda, this villa maximises the spectacular view. Large louvered windows allow plenty of air and light to flow through the open spaces. It also includes stunning interiors, sleek Coco Republic furniture, and artwork with a unique, Australian style.

Arrival Service.

As a guest of the Yacht Club Villas, you will be met at the Airport on arrival, with assistance provided to collect your buggy at the airport and delivery of your luggage. Upon arrival to your Villa you will also receive a complimentary welcome hamper. 

High-end interiors.

Enjoy a state-of-the art gourmet kitchen with Miele appliances, Nespresso coffee machine (a starter pack of 10 pods are supplied, once these are used you will need to purchase a Nespresso compatible brand from the local IGA or please remember to bring your favourite pods), a separate laundry (also with Miele appliances), fully ducted air-conditioning and a quality sound system. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also included.

Pool and gardens.

This villa overlooks beautifully landscaped gardens with sprawling lawns that open to a large, shared lagoon pool. 

There are four bedrooms in Villa 7- each with their own private bathroom. The master suite has a king bed, the second and third bedrooms have a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has two single beds.
