This yacht's modern interior with a distinctly Italian feels to the décor, with well designed contemporary furniture, bold use of colour in blocks of beige, red and navy, and fabulous red leather seats in the bridge house. This ensures a top-quality build. The hull, finished in dark blue, with the superstructure in stark white gives the megayacht a clean, minimalist appearance.

Her external lines are by Paszkowski Design.  Architectural design by Francesco Paszkowski includes a modern, minimalistic style. It features a rich variety of natural materials. For instance, Rosewood and creme-colored leather with red pillow accents.

ACCOMMODATIONS

The interior offers multiple rooms. As revealed by an owner’s suite, two twin cabins, and two queen cabins. Furthermore, a sixth cabin serves as a gym.  Moreover, all cabins feature generous ensuite bathrooms.

Sailing down the coast of the US to the Caribbean is a pleasure we all talk about. Imagine completing this in half the time with all the amenities of a strictly cruising catamaran. In comes the Ocean Renegade R5 dubbed "Oxygen yacht". During a delivering to the Miami International Boat Show, we left St. Petersburg, FL and headed around the keys. We hit 20 knots of boat speed on a broad reach with a true wind speed of 23 knots. We averaged 14 knots the first two days. Did I mention it was raining and we were inside at the helm dry, having a blast. We sailed around the keys and right into the wind between 30-35 degrees off the wind. The daggerboards reaching down anywhere from 4'3" of minimum depth to 7'6" at max depth kept us tight to the wind. When other sailing cats ahead of you are having to bear off for more wind, you're headed straight for your mooring in time for sunset. One of the most pleasing characteristics of this R5 is how she sails. "Confident" is the most accurate description. This makes sailing even more fun for those that love sailing but want a little more out of their boat. It's common to see a smile on the captains face while underway. If you're looking to turn heads with your boat, (let's be honest, we all do) this boat is stunning as she goes by with her reverse ax-bow and carbon reinforced main and jib sail. In all honesty, if you have a small inclination you may enter a regatta in the future, with this R5, you'd end up at the head of the pack each time and first to crack a refreshment at the finish line long before others arrive at the dock. Why is this assured? She weighs just under 25,000 lbs. (lighter than most 45' cruising catamarans and 10 feet longer) with a square top main sail area of 92 sq. m and a furling Code Zero sail area of 96 sq. m. Add in her ability to begin planing at 12 knots and daggerboards driving her into the wind, you'll be slipping across the water to the finish line. There is so much more to this boat from the conversation she'll have with you under sail wanting more to the hybrid system onboard giving you the freedom to never again run a generator while at anchorage, sleeping silently. Ask about the onboard carbon fiber reinforcement, carbon mast, carbon boom and ergonomic center cockpit with strong safety implications for offshore sailing.

Epic video footage captures Lamborghini yacht owner screaming ‘I will kill you’ at marina employee

Talk about a bizarre scene that could’ve been pulled straight from a movie.

The owner of a $3.4 million Lamborghini yacht threatened a private dock employee after he was informed that he couldn’t be there, CBS8 reported back on March 11.

The story begins with Joseph Holt, a 21-year-old employee at Marriot Marina in San Diego, where he told CBS8 that he saw the yacht sailing into the private dock Sunday afternoon. Apparently, the owner, identified as Ajay Thakore, attempted to pick up another person at the dock.

“I told him respectfully that he couldn’t be there, and I honestly was hoping to have a conversation with him about his cool boat,” Holt said to the news outlet.

“But yeah, it completely went the other way,” Holt added.

Captured on a video that was posted to YouTube by @SM-wc9eq on March 10 was an embarrassing verbal confrontation between Holt and Thakore, in front of a host of onlookers.

A dark blue Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63 can be seen sailing out of a dock. Standing on the end of the yacht was a man sporting a gray shirt, jeans, and a cap.

The man seen in the video footage was seemingly the local business owner and philanthropist, screaming at the young man as the yacht sailed away.

Thakore was seen threatening his life, shouting at Holt, saying, “I will kill you, you know I will kill you!” He can be heard repeating himself multiple times in the video.

Thakore can be seen pounding his fists on his palm and pointing his thumb down, and telling Holt, “To your face!”

This caused Holt, who is standing on the dock, to respond with hoisting his middle finger in the air, directed at Thakore. Thakore’s screams can be heard echoing through the arena.

“It escalated immediately. It was 0 to 100 immediately,” he said to the outlet.

“I really was trying to restrain myself from getting fired from my job or stepping out of line. The only thing I did was give him the bird,” he added.

Holt said Thakore went as far as to take $100 bills from his wallet and throw the money at him, which landed in the water, and even dropped his pants and mooned him.

“[He] started to make gestures to everybody watching and me. You can’t act that way in public. It’s just not ok. Especially threatening my life, at the very least. There were women and children there. That’s the most important part,” Holt told the news outlet.

Unfortunately, the lewd act wasn’t caught on video.

“I’m a minimum wage worker, he was commenting on that, on my status just because of my job. He was saying I’m nobody, I’m nothing, I work a silly job. He said that he knows people, he has connections, he can change my life and ruin it,” Holt said.

The San Diego Harbor Police reported to the scene 10 minutes later.

Thakore, who goes by the name Ace Rogers on Instagram and TikTok and has a LinkedIn page stating that he’s the CEO of Doctor Multimedia, a healthcare marketing firm based in San Diego, had his public relations team provide a statement to CBS8, saying that he regrets the altercation.

“What started as a minor misunderstanding escalated into an argument, and I apologize for my actions and to those who witnessed the unfortunate exchange,” the statement said.

Strange Glow Over Moscow Skies Triggers Panic as Explosions Reported

B right flashes lit up the night sky in southern Moscow in the early hours of Thursday morning, new footage appears to show, following reports of an explosion at an electrical substation on the outskirts of the city.

Video snippets circulating on Russian-language Telegram channels show a series of flashes on the horizon of a cloudy night sky, momentarily turning the sky a number of different colors. In a clip shared by Russian outlet MSK1.ru, smoke can be seen rising from a building during the flashes lighting up the scene.

Newsweek was unable to independently verify the details of the video clips, including when and where it was filmed. The Russian Ministry of Emergency situations has been contacted via email.

Several Russian Telegram accounts said early on Thursday that residents of southern Moscow reported an explosion and a fire breaking out at an electrical substation in the Leninsky district, southeast of central Moscow.

Local authorities in the Leninsky district told Russian outlet RBC that the explosion had happened in the village of Molokovo. "All vital facilities are operating as normal," Leninsky district officials told the outlet.

The incident at the substation in Molokovo took place just before 2 a.m. local time, MSK1.ru reported.

Messages published by the ASTRA Telegram account, run by independent Russian journalists, appear to show residents close to the substation panicking as they question the bright flashes in the sky. One local resident describes seeing the bright light before losing access to electricity, with another calling the incident a "nightmare."

More than 10 villages and towns in the southeast of Moscow lost access to electricity, the ASTRA Telegram account also reported. The town of Lytkarino to the southeast of Moscow, lost electricity, wrote the eastern European-based independent outlet, Meduza.

Outages were reported in the southern Domodedovo area of the city, according to another Russian outlet, as well as power failures in western Moscow. Electricity was then restored to the areas, the Strana.ua outlet reported.

The cause of the reported explosion is not known. A Telegram account aggregating news for the Lytkarino area described the incident as "an ordinary accident at a substation."

The MSK1.ru outlet quoted a local resident who speculated that a drone may have been responsible for the explosion, but no other Russian source reported this as a possible cause.

Ukraine has repeatedly targeted Moscow with long-range aerial drones in recent months, including a dramatic wave of strikes in late May.

On Sunday, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said the region's air defense systems had intercepted an aerial drone over the city of Elektrostal, to the east of Moscow. No damage or casualties were reported, he said.

The previous day, Russian air defenses detected and shot down another drone flying over the Bogorodsky district, northeast of central Moscow, Sobyanin said.

There is currently no evidence that an aerial drone was responsible for the reported overnight explosion at the electrical substation in southern Moscow.

The actual activity of oxygen in liquid metal is determined by means of sensors during the ladle treatment of 08X18H10T high-alloy steel. The activity of the components of the metallic and oxide solutions is calculated by means of models of a pseudosubregular solution for the liquid metal and a pseudoregular solution for the oxide slag. The corresponding energy parameters were determined in previous research. A formula is derived for the activity of oxygen in equilibrium with the components of Fe-Cr-Ni-Mn-Si-C-Al-Ti liquid steel, eight-component FeO-MnO-CaO-MgO-SiO 2 -CrO 1.5 -AlO 1.5 -TiO 2 slag, and the gas phase. It is found that the metal-slag-gas system at the end of reduction is considerably closer to equilibrium than at the end of oxidation. The development of the reduction process is studied in terms of the difference in chemical potentials of the actual and equilibrium oxygen.
