This is a membership club. The place is amazing, great drinks, food and people. Highly recommend!
This is considered by some to be the best yacht club in the area! At many events, the food is catered by members, who do a spectacular job with the food. The bar staff and manager are fantastic. If you love to boat and would enjoy a club with nice people and great events, this is the one. The Columbia River Yacht Club has one of the finest views on the Columbia River.
We came out for an event and were not disappointed. Not wowed, but not disappointed. The bar service, while somewhat limited, was friendly and competent. They did make maitai's with the kind of mix you can buy at the grocery, which was a bit of a bummer. The catering for our luau was adequate. The food area was awkwardly set up in the middle of the space between the bar and the doors and did NOT allow for good traffic flow at all. I can't say who catered because it wasn't obvious. But the service was good, people were circulating to pick up glasses and empty plates. The desserts were tasty little single bites, good for cocktail hour. Food was the right temperature and tasted good. Overall, we had a nice time. Nice walk on the docks. Nice facilities. Nice food.
this place smells like old people an the drinks are really bad I think the bartender needs to go to bartending school. :( only go here if you absolutely must.
