Justine is a 97 ft luxurious private charter yacht based in New York City. She hosts up to 12 guests for day and evening cruises, and can accommodate eight overnight in four staterooms. The yacht has an elegant and spacious main deck salon, full service bar, formal dining room, and fully equipped galley. There is an aft deck observation area and seating, upper deck outdoor area with lounge seating and 360 degree views, and spacious sun pad on the bow. Located throughout the yacht is a premier sound system, controllable by guests' Bluetooth device, as well as satellite HDTVs. The interior was completely rebuilt in 2010 and is continually and meticulously updated.

CALYPSO YACHT

Calypso is a 72 ft private charter yacht that can host up to 34 guests. The elegantly decorated yacht features modern minimalism design with Hemingway motif, double French doors, varnished mahogany and teak. The yacht has 2 levels, with seating available for up to 8 guests and standing room for 25 guests. Accommodations include 2 staterooms for 5 guests on special charters. Galley, full service wet bar and seated dining area is available for dinners and cocktails. Originally built in 1973 for Jack Wrather, producer of the show "The Lone Ranger", who christened it the "Lone Ranger IV." The yacht has been fully refurbished and rechristened, Calypso, updated with full modern amenities for a luxury yacht experience.

TRIDENT YACHT

Trident is a 60 ft private motor yacht, which is US Coast Guard certified to carry up to 35 guests. The contemporary yacht has a roomy upper deck outdoor area and bow with sun pad, for a full open air yachting experience. There are also comfortable indoor areas on the lower deck for dining and lounging, with climate-controlled atmosphere. A galley is available with custom dining options and bar service. JULIETTE YACHT

Juliette is a unique yacht in New York Harbor - a boat that was built to be a private luxury yacht, then later upgraded to US Coast Guard Specifications to carry up to 40 passengers. • If you are booking for a single day and your reservation is confirmed more than 7 days in advance, a deposit of either $1,000 USD or 50% of the total cost of the reservation (whichever is greater) is processed immediately in order to hold the yacht. Once your embarkation date is 7 days away, the remainder of the amount due is processed.
• If you are booking for a single day and your reservation is made 7 days or less in advance, the total price of your reservation is processed immediately.
• If you are booking for a multi-day charter and your reservation is confirmed more than 30 days in advance, a deposit of 50% of the cost of the yacht is processed immediately in order to hold the yacht. Once your embarkation date is 30 days away, the other 50% is collected for the price of the yacht, plus the APA, plus the taxes due.

Terms of refunds are dictated by the Charter Agreement. Generally, once a payment is collected, it is non-refundable. In certain circumstances, as dictated by the Charter Agreement, credits can be provided so you will be able to enjoy your yacht charter at a future date that is convenient for you.

• The City’s Boat-Breakers Get to Work

A new Parks Department unit has hundreds of abandoned vessels to crush.

The grassy lot at the corner of the marina at Kingsborough Community College in Manhattan Beach looks like an exploded shipyard. The space is littered with masts, ship engines, fishing lines, and buoys. Abandoned boats have been stored here since Hurricane Sandy, but now that’s over: The city has just created the Office of Marine Debris Disposal and Vessel Surrendering, a Parks Department unit that will break them up and remove them. (Then the lot will become a basketball court.) The office is partly the brainchild of Nate Grove, the Parks chief of waterfront and marine operations, and I’ve joined him today for an early smashup. Grove has been waiting for this moment for more than a decade. “There’s nothing like the smell of crushing fiberglass in the morning,” he jokes.

There’s an old saying that the two best days in a boat owner’s life are the one when they buy a boat and the one when they sell it. If this was how it actually worked, that would make Grove’s life a lot easier. But owners stuck with their bad decisions sometimes don’t sell their boats — instead they simply abandon them on the city’s waterways, even going so far as to key out the identification number on the hull. “People are desperate to figure out what to do with them, and sometimes they don’t have an outlet,” Grove said. When Grove is removing one boat from popular scuttling sites like Shell Bank Creek, he’ll often find more vessels piled up underneath. The city can issue summonses for abandoned boats and the state can assess tax liens, but it can be difficult to trace them to their last owners, especially when ID numbers are missing. If the owner can’t be tracked down, Grove’s department steps in to, in his phrasing, “remove the hazard.”

The office deals mainly with personal vessels that are less than 50 feet long, which, on dry land, still look sizable. Grove and I watch together as an excavator claws at the derelict hull of the Genesis , breaking it like an eggshell. It sounds like a car crash as the boat snaps into three-foot pieces, some of which remain linked by various lines that must then be cut. Grove bounces on his feet, happy to see the boats slowly disappear, as the debris gets dropped into a giant green dumpster.

Abandoned boats are not only an eyesore but also a navigational hazard, and they can, Grove tells me, leach contaminants (leftover fuel, microplastics) into the water. The city has been dealing with these boats ad hoc, but that led to a backlog: There are, the Parks Department estimates, something like 800 abandoned boats littering the city. Grove is setting up a program where owners can voluntarily surrender their unwanted vessels rather than merely ditching them.

Part of the problem is that the upkeep of a boat is expensive but its materials don’t have much resale worth. Unlike cars, boats aren’t principally made from metal with scrap value. But Paul Olsen, the contract employee operating the excavator, tells me that anything reusable — lead keels, masts, engines — is removed before the fiberglass or wooden hulls are crushed. It takes him around 30 minutes to dismantle a boat before he’s on to the next one. NEW YORK — A knife attack on a crowded party boat at a New York City pier Saturday resulted in the hospitalization of three people, police said.

A 911 call came in around 5 p.m. reporting the assault along the Brooklyn waterfront near 58th Street and the Brooklyn Army Terminal warehouse, NYPD Detective Sophia Mason said.

The victims were said to be a 32-year-old man with a stab wound to the torso, a 40-year-old man with stab wounds to the chest and abdomen and a 28-year-old man who was hit in the head with a bottle. They were taken to the NYU Langone Hospital and were in stable condition, Mason said.

Two more people were treated for injuries at the scene, but they declined further medical treatment, according to the fire department.

There were no arrests as of Saturday evening and the investigation was ongoing.

Around 3,000 people were aboard the vessel, the Cornucopia Majesty, at the time, police said. An event called BYFAROnABoat, which had advertised daytime and nighttime parties on the boat boarding at the Brooklyn Army Terminal on Saturday, said in a statement posted on social media that a “crime scene developed by the pier.” As a result, the night event was postponed.

“BYFAR Entertainment has always been a beacon of safe events in New York City and this rare occurrence has never been the norm with us,” the statement said.

The pier at the army terminal, a former military supply base that houses industrial businesses, is used by the city's ferry service and private vessels.

Party cruises are a fixture in the waters off New York City in the warmer months, typically carrying DJs playing to large crowds as they take in views of the Statue of Liberty and Manhattan skyline. The city in the past has moved to restrict where and how late they can dock on the southern Brooklyn waterfront, following complaints from some area residents.

At Least 2 Are Stabbed on a Party Boat in Brooklyn

Three people were hospitalized, including a man who was struck in the head with a bottle, and more than 1,000 passengers were evacuated, the authorities said.

Two men were stabbed and another was hit in the head with a bottle on a crowded party boat in Brooklyn on Saturday evening, the authorities said.

The men were hospitalized with injuries that did not appear to be life-threatening, police and fire officials said.

The police said the attacks forced the evacuation of more than 1,000 passengers from the boat, a cruise ship called the Cornucopia Majesty , which was docked at Pier 4 at the Brooklyn Army Terminal.

A 32-year-old man was stabbed in the torso, a 40-year-old man was stabbed several times in the chest and abdomen, and a 28-year-old man was hit in the head with a bottle, the police said. All three men were taken to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn.

The stabbings happened just after 5 p.m., the police said. No arrests had been made as of Saturday night, and it was unclear how many attackers had been involved.

The police said they believed that a dispute had escalated into a physical altercation, but that the events leading up to the stabbings were still under investigation.

Just before 8 p.m., the group that organized the party, BYFAR Entertainment, posted a statement to social media .

“Unfortunately, a crime scene developed by the pier, which has caused the postponement of the night event,” the company said. “We will have updates on a later date so just hold on tight with us while we sort everything out. BYFAR Entertainment has always been a beacon of safe events in New York City and this rare occurrence has never been the norm with us.”

In the hours before the fight, the Cornucopia Majesty had hosted a party .

Passengers said in interviews that they had enjoyed dancing, eating and drinking rum aboard the ship, but by early evening, they were standing confused on the pier, surrounded by police cruisers and ambulances.

Glendon Thomas, 29, a resident of New Jersey, said he and several friends realized a fight had broken out on the ship only after they disembarked.

“I saw a guy laying on his friend,” he said, adding that the friend appeared to have a wound on his chest.

Kevaun Whitely, who lives in Brooklyn, said the fight had broken out as a large crowd of rowdy partygoers — many of whom had been drinking alcohol — attempted to disembark through the same door.

“It was like a stampede,” Mr. Whitely, 27, said.

The police kept Mr. Whitely and several other people on board the ship for hours as they checked identification, he said.

“I’m glad we got out safe,” he said, adding, “I hope nobody passed away from all this craziness.”

At least two people were stabbed Saturday during a dispute on a party boat in New York City , authorities said. 

Police responded to Pier 4 at the Brooklyn Army Terminal in Sunset Park just after 5:05 p.m. after authorities received a 911 call about an assault with a knife, the New York Police Department told Fox News Digital.

A 32-year-old man was stabbed once in the torso and another man, 40, sustained multiple stab wounds to the chest and stomach. A 28-year-old man was hit in the head with a bottle, police told Fox News Digital. 

All three were conscious and taken to a nearby hospital in stable condition. Authorities said the assault began during a verbal dispute. 

No arrests have been made. A witness said there was a big crowd on the boat. 

"There were just fights. Fights, stabbings. Everybody was just trying to get out," Kevaun Whitely said.

The 27-year-old Brooklyn resident said he and his brother eventually went to a safe part of the vessel and waited for things to die down. 

"We went somewhere safe. Waited until everything calmed right down and we just got off," he said. 

The Brooklyn Army Terminal is a manufacturing hub. The site was built from 1918 to 1919 and served as the largest military supply base in the United States through World War II, according to its website.

An unhinged maniac stabbed a commuter in a random attack outside a Manhattan bus terminal Monday – as the victim railed that “something needs to be done” about Big Apple crime.

Boonton, New Jersey dad Daniel Salvatore told The Post he was lucky to be alive after he was stabbed eight times in the neck and arm while he sat reading a book at just before 6 a.m. outside the Port Authority bus terminal in Midtown.

“The Lord saved me. I should be dead,” Salvatore — whose 66th birthday is Tuesday — said in an interview from his hospital bed after getting 46 stitches.

“A detective told me if one cut was a little lower and deeper, I’m bleeding out. I am very fortunate.”

Salvatore, who was on his way to a job downtown, said he was leafing through “I Cheerfully Refuse” by Leif Enger when attacker Michael McCloskey, 42, sensenslessly stabbed him in plain view of Port Authority police.

“I was just sitting there reading and someone came up from my blindside, on the right side, I saw him, turned, just saw his face and all of the sudden the knife went in my neck,” Salvatore said.

“He didn’t saying anything,” he added. “The detectives asked if I bumped into him or said anything to him and I said ‘No, nothing, I didn’t see this guy at all, I was just minding my own business reading a book.’”

Salvatore managed to break free from the attack and stumble into a nearby Dunkin Donuts, where he struggled to stemthe flow of blood pouring from his neck with napkins that a few customers passed to him. Police eventually arrived and helped treat him as he fought for consciousness.

“The police were great, they were fantastic,” Salvatore said, adding praise for EMTs who arrived and later the Bellevue Hospital staff who helped stitch him up.

“The Lord was with me. I am a Christian. In all things give thanks. I know he was right there with me,” Salvatore said.

Despite stabbing him nearly to death, Salvatore feels bad for whatever mental problems his attacker might be suffering from – but still thinks he belongs behind bars so he can’t harm others.

“The guy was probably very mentally disturbed, I feel sorry for the guy, but he needs to be kept locked up so he doesn’t do this to anyone else, if he’s that deranged.

“There is a problem with the mentally ill – you see them in Port Authority, Penn Station, on the streets, taking to themselves,” he went on. “Something needs to be done. It’s very unsafe here in New York City.”

Charges were pending later Monday against McCloskey, from the city of Watsonville, California – but he is expected to face raps for attempted murder, first-degree assault and weapon possession, the sources said. 

Authorities in California have a warrant out for him, the sources said, but details of that case were not immediately known.

The attack left Salvatore shaken the evening before his birthday but he was happy to come out alive.

“I should have been dead,” he said “I got 46 stitches and I’m very thankful I’m still here.”

The incident was one of several troubling attacks Monday.

A 44-year-old woman working as an MTA cleaner was sprayed with an unknown substance on board a Bronx train, cops said.

The victim was cleaning the train car inside the Van Cortlandt Park–242nd Street station around 3:50 a.m. Monday when another woman unloaded the spray — causing pain, redness and swelling to her face, police said.

The worker was taken to a local hospital, where she was described as conscious and alert. 

The attacker, described as a woman with a dark complexion, last seen wearing a dark-colored hoodie and blue jeans, fled the scene and had not been caught by later Monday. 

In another unrelated act of violence, a 56-year-old man was slashed by a dog-walker in a broad-daylight attack in Hell’s Kitchen Monday, cops said.

The victim was cut across the stomach with a sharp object around 1:20 p.m. on West 54th Street near Ninth Avenue, authorities said. 

The victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition. 

The suspect, described as a male in his 50s who was walking a small dog, took off after the slashing, police said. 

The motive for the violence remains under investigation.
