Just J’s, delivered in 2016, measures 61 metres with an 11-metre beam. She was designed by Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design, with Diana Yacht Design handling naval architecture and engineering.

Built for an astute yacht owner, Just J’s embodies luxurious family living at sea. JUST J’S offers an unbeatable combination of style, comfort, and cutting-edge design, with her impressive amenities matched only by her effortless blend of sophistication and practicality.

Amongst her stand-out features is a spectacular custom-designed elevator – a true testament to Hakvoort’s prowess in engineering. The lower deck also features a gym in the spacious lazarette, with a large tender and four jetskis launched from both port and starboard. Add in the sun deck with a 3×2 metre swimming pool, and it’s easy to see why Just J’s captured the attention of many upon her launch.

Completed hakvoort yacht just j's.

The 200 Ft. (61m) superyacht JUST J’S features a carefully considered balance of indoor and outdoor spaces. One of the striking features is the positioning of the four guest suites and VIP stateroom on the main deck, ensuring that guests have superb views. The main deck is home to a large dining room and lounge, with the owners’ accommodation housed on a dedicated private deck above. This extra deck comprises the master stateroom forward with large skylight, two bathrooms, a master study and a bar with sky lounge.

Above is the bridge deck with wheelhouse and a range of facilities for the captain, with the rest of the crew also being very well catered for on the lower deck. In addition to seven crew cabins forward, there are two additional guest cabins on the lower deck. The lower deck also features a gym in the spacious lazarette. A large tender and four jetski’s will be launched from both port and starboard. Add in the sun deck with a 3 x 2 meter swimming pool and this is clearly a magnificent superyacht in every sense.

The exterior and interior comes from the drawing boards of Sinot Yacht Design. Naval architecture, construction and engineering design for this project is done by Diana Yacht Design with easy technical accessibility and minimum maintenance requirements.

Since her launch, JUST J’S has been a finalist at the Showboats Design Awards 2017 in the Best Exterior Design & Styling category and was also nominated for an award by the International Superyacht Society in the category ‘best power 40-65 ‘. The most recent event was the World Superyacht Awards 2017. JUST J’S had already been chosen as one of the six nominees in the category for displacement motoryachts between 500GT and 1,299GT, which is an impressive achievement in its own right.

Moran Yacht & Ship negotiated the build contract for JUST J’S, wrote the technical specifications and managed the entire build process for the vessel. Our team was by the owner’s side from concept well through completion.

Hakvoort yacht Just J’s

Hakvoort shipyard in the Netherlands has launched Just J ‘s, a 200-foot megayacht with naval architecture by Diana Yacht Design and exterior styling by Sinot Yacht Design.

As you can see in these photos, work will next be completed on the mast ahead of sea trials. She is a steel yacht with an aluminum superstructure.

Just J ‘s has an unusual layout in terms of guest accommodations. The entire deck below the bridge deck is for the owner’s use, with a forward master stateroom offering 180-degree views. Four of the guest staterooms plus a VIP suite are on the main deck, while another guest stateroom is on the lower deck. Additional quarters are forward on the lower deck for 15 crew, in addition to the captain’s cabin on the bridge deck.

Also noteworthy is the sundeck aboard Just J ‘s. It has multiple seating areas in both sun and shade, plus a nearly 10-foot-long pool.

A look at the most expensive superyachts at the Palm Beach yacht show and their insane features, from basketball courts on deck to ice baths and saunas

• The Palm Beach International Boat Show kicks off later this week.
• Eight megayachts are expected to be on display for would-be buyers and charter customers.
• These are the show's biggest yachts — and how many millions of dollars they are going for.

The Palm Beach International Boat Show — the yacht world's flashiest event stateside — is returning this year with over 800 boats for both deep-pocked potential owners and window shoppers to peruse.

While it's impossible to know what exactly will be on display until the show begins on Thursday, it's expected that eight megayachts — generally defined as ships over 60 meters long — will be docked at the show and at nearby marinas like the Rybovich Marina in the ritzy Florida town.

Some of these are for sale at eye-popping prices, but others are available to if in case you fancy living like a billionaire for a week or two this summer (and if you have six figures to spare on a vacation).

These are the eight biggest yachts that will be at the Palm Beach International Boat Show and nearby marinas, in size order.

Nero: 90.1 meters

Price: From $497,000 a week (charter) Standout features: Pizza ovens, beauty salon, massage room, resistance pool

Reportedly owned by Irish billionaire Denis O'Brien, Nero is modeled after J.P. Morgan's 1930s ship , and was built in 2007 and updated in 2021.

She now boasts a gym on her sundeck with multiple cardio machines and a beauty salon, and has an on-board beautician for manicure, pedicure, hair, and massage needs. There's also an upgraded movie theater, two new pizza ovens, and both a pool and a jacuzzi.

For those who want to go overboard, she has more than a dozen toys, including a waterslide, Jet Ski, and flyboard.

Victorious: 85 meters

Price: From $876,600 a week in the summer and $950,000 a week in the winter Standout features: Hammam (Turkish bath), wine cellar, wood-burning fireplace, children's playroom

Victorious brings a party vibe to the yacht show. With a beach club on board, a wine cellar, a cigar clubroom , multiple bars, and a lounge with a piano, the vessel is made for entertaining. Plus, there's a playroom and movie theater to entertain the kids.

For tamer charter clients, Victorious has a suite of wellness features such as a gym, massage room, beauty salon and hammam, or Turkish bath — perhaps a custom request of her owner, Turkish businessman Vural Ak.

She also boasts a treasure trove of water toys, including Jet Skis, jetsurfs, inflatable kayaks, and scuba equipment.

Casino Royale: 72 meters

Price: TBD Special Features: Infinity pool, helipad, private jacuzzi

Purchased and refitted by car dealer magnate John Staluppi last year, Casino Royale is the latest of his James Bond-inspired yachts (he's also owned an Octopussy and a Skyfall, among others).

Casino Royale has a helipad that turns into a dancefloor, an infinity pool, and a wellness center with a gym and sauna. The owner's cabin has its own deck, which features a private bar and jacuzzi.

However, the boat's price isn't listed, and while she's not necessarily officially for sale, that might change depending on who's prepared to buy, Mr. Bond.

Talisman C: 70.6 meters

Price: $60 million (or from $567,000 a week to charter) Special features: Massage and beauty room, private library

Likely the largest yacht for sale (not just charter) at the show, the Talisman C is a 2011 six-bedroom boat. The owner's cabin comes with an en suite bathroom, dressing room, private library, and crystal chandeliers.

Amenities include a gym, a beauty room, oversized jacuzzi, and a fully equipped bar. Her crew of 19 includes a trained masseuse, and the toy room comes equipped with a wakeboard, eFoil , and WaveRunners.

Joy: 70 meters

Price: From $650,000 a week Special features: Disco club, basketball court, onboard fitness instructor

Superyacht Joy testifies to the fact that owners want as many on-board experiences as they can get.

There's an expansive suite of fitness features, including a basketball court (don't shoot that hoop too hard!), a personal trainer on staff, boxing equipment, and a handful of machines. For post-workout winddowns, there's a spa with a steam room and onboard masseuse. And for entertainment, there's both an outdoor and indoor cinema, and a disco club.

Triumph: 65.4 meters

Price: From $707,600 a week in the summer and $650,000 a week in the winter Special features: Sauna, helipad, banana boat

This 2021 superyacht is named after Triumph motorcycles — a reported favorite of her rumored owner, British businessman Chris Dawson — and even has one on display as an art piece in the upper deck's lounge. The primary suite is 1,400 square feet and has its own study , and there's a sauna, an indoor-outdoor gym, a helipad, and a massage room spread among her six decks.

She boasts an "armada of water toys," including two kinds of Jet Skis, electric water bikes, and a banana boat.

Seanna: 64.5 meters

Price: $54,000,000 (or from $462,000 a week to charter) Special features: marble foyer, movie room, sundeck pool

The recently refurbished Seanna is available for sale and charter.

Her indoor-outdoor gym is on sea level so that passengers can take a dip after a session with the onboard personal trainer. There's also a sundeck pool, a helipad, a two-room massage facility, and, for the more cerebral guests, a library with an electric fireplace.

There are a number of toys on board, including a popular water trampoline and two WaveRunners.

Come Together: 60 meters

Price: $65,000,000 Special Features: DJ and videographer on board, ice bath, sauna

Next-to-new yacht Come Together is looking for a new owner after doing charters during the 2023 season.

The Beatles' influence is evident beyond the yacht's name, with guitars dotting the sky lounge and a crewmember who doubles as a DJ. There's also an outdoor cinema and bar for entertainment and an ice bath and sauna for the day after the party. The owner's suite has a private study and lounge, and each guest cabin has its own ensuite.

The sale includes a number of toys, like Jet Skis, kayaks, and Seabobs.

No Yachts or Airplanes in Abramovich's Income Declaration

Billionaire Roman Abramovich owns nine mansions in four countries, seven apartments and shares in seven companies, but no yachts and no airplanes, according to an official income declaration .

The declaration, published earlier this week on the web site of the Chukotka elections commission, also says Abramovich holds $115 million in cash in 22 bank accounts, which earned him interest payments of $4.9 million.

Abramovich has been the speaker of the Chukotka legislature since 2008 after serving as the region's governor for eight years. He is up for re-election as an independent candidate in March.

The sums are a trifle compared with the billionaire's total wealth, which was estimated at $17.1 billion earlier this week by Finans magazine.

Abramovich, who made his fortune in the oil industry in the 1990s, has acquired considerable fame for spectacular spending. Media reports said over the years that his ship fleet includes the Eclipse, the world's longest motor yacht at 162.5 meters, and the 115-meter Pelorus.

He is also known to fly in a Boeing 767 wide-body liner and a number of helicopters that can land on his boats.

But these items do not appear on Abramovich's declaration published for next month's regional elections. Instead, it lists under "means of transport" seven cars, including two BMWs and one Mercedes limousine.

His spokesman John Mann said Wednesday that the list, submitted in December, was fully compliant with the law. "This declaration is in full accordance with the questionnaire that must be answered by each candidate," he said, adding that the questionnaire for the candidate does not specifically ask about boats and planes.

"This will help journalists to stop repeating false information about Mr. Abramovich's property," he said referring to recent media reports that Abramovich bought villas in Austria, Tuscany and elsewhere.

The declaration does not provide information on the real estate holdings other than their size and location, but still indicates that Abramovich's property ranges from a humble 283-square-meter abode in Anadyr, capital of Chukotka, to a massive 2,421-square-meter residence in the Moscow region. Apartments in Britain and the United States are also mentioned.

Among the most valuable are Abramovich's French properties, which show up in the declaration as three items with 372, 590 and 910 square meters each. The list includes Chateau de la Croe in the Riviera, once home to the Duke of Windsor after his abdication from the British throne in 1936.

In 2009, Abramovich made headlines when he bought a 70-acre estate on St. Barthelemy, a French island in the Caribbean, for reportedly $90 million, making it one of the most expensive private homes ever sold.

The list of his companies ranges from the Chelsea Football Club, bought by Abramovich in 2003, to obscure holding companies like Wotton Overseas. Abramovich's most well-known company, Millhouse, does not appear because it is an asset management firm, Mann said.
