Nice yatch – spacious for party of 5, well maintained and clean, reasonably priced, good crew and service. Had a very memorable evening with family – recommend taking the addl. option of Marina View sail to enjoy more time sailing, as trip to Lazarus and back can be short.

What to prepare.

SunRise can take 18 guests while SunRider can take 16 guests, regardless of age. 1 infant is also considered as 1 guest. 

All charters will be accompanied by 1 Captain and 1 crew. 

There are Visitor Carparks in both One15 Marina and Marina at Keppel Bay. Please note we are tenants of both marinas so we are not able to issue complimentary tickets. 

The cruises carries a basic public liability insurance for its passengers, however personal travel / cancellation / accident insurance is strongly recommended.

SunRise has a master bedroom cabin that you can use if you need to rest during the charter. SunRider unfortunately does not come with cabins. 

There are no restrictions. 

Mobile phone coverage is dependent on the cruise destination and your phone provider. In an emergency the yacht can also be contacted by radio. We don’t have wifi onboard, yacht charters are a great opportunity for you to detox from the screen. 

All of our yachts have either 12 volt sockets or standard 3 pin plug sockets. You are more than welcome to use these sockets when you are in a marina and the boat is connected to shore power.

All of our yachts fully comply with the code of practice for small commercial vessels and meet all requirements as set down by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore! All boats are checked before and after each trip and all safety equipment is serviced on a regular basis.

There are heads (toilets) and showers onboard the yacht.

Smoking is strictly NOT permitted onboard! For safety reasons, smoking in cabins and staterooms is prohibited on our yachts.

While our yachts are both double hulled catamarans designed to be more stable on sea, if you know you are susceptible, then it is worth buying some motion sickness tablets from the pharmacy and bringing them with you.

Minimum duration of charter is 2 hours while the maximum duration is 12 hours. 

We are not GST registered hence NO GST will be imposed!

Our yacht welcomes children! However, the crew cannot provide child-minding or babysitting services. Parents or accompanying adults should take care of them at all times. Life jackets will be provided for children aged 5 and above. For children below 5, we recommend bringing your own life jackets. Life jackets can be bought at Decathlon. 

There is no age limit! However, one important point that we DO need to make ( and of course, this doesn’t apply just to age)—is that a yacht does need a certain amount of physical mobility. You need to be comfortable climbing over one boat to another to get to dock at times; in and out of inflatable dinghies; across a narrow gangplank from boat to shore, and so forth.

In order to secure a yacht for charter, a fully signed charter agreement must be completed. 100% charter fee must be paid to confirm a booking.

Pets are not allowed onboard for health and safety reasons, and sea travel can be extremely uncomfortable for some animals.

Yes, most other yachts do not allow outside caters, but on our yachts clients may use outside catering services. If you any other queries, please do not hesitate to contact us!

How to Charter a Yacht with ONE15 Life

Chartering a yacht can be daunting and the booking process can be tedious with many long discussions and negotiations with brokers. With the newly launched  www.one15life.com , you can now get instant access to Singapore’s largest selection of  yacht charters  with just a few clicks.

What is a yacht charter?

Charters consist of a combination of cruise and anchor. A standard 4-hours charter yacht journey first sets sail towards Sentosa or Marina Bay for a short cruise, where you can get a panoramic view of Singapore’s scenic skyline and feel the refreshing breeze running through your hair.

Thereafter, it’ll make its way towards the southern islands of Singapore such as  Lazarus Island ,  St. John Island  or  Kusu Island  where it’ll anchor for 2 hours. Contrary to popular beliefs, you don’t have to remain onboard throughout the whole yacht ride. During anchor, passengers are allowed to hop into the waters for a swim and enjoy some sea sport activities. Most yachts, such as “ Eagle Wings ”, come with kayaks, floating water mats and stand-up paddles for you to get the most out of your time in the waters and are popular with groups of friends or families.

(“Eagle Wings” is a 68ft luxury power catamaran that can board up to 50 persons. Charter fees start from $3400++)

If you’re feeling more adventurous, water toys such as jet skis are available for rental where a trained crew will be there to assist you. For that ultimate drink-in-hand, chill-out relaxation, you can also add on our Chill Pack, which includes unlimited usage of water mats, floats and loungers. If you prefer to stay on board to enjoy the yacht, most yachts are equipped with indoor entertainment amenities such as karaoke systems that are constantly updated with the latest pop songs for you to sing your heart out. Or simply plug in your phones to the sound system and dance along to your favorite songs.

You can also disembark and explore the island to soak in the sun with some beach activities. Or take a stroll in nature, have a picnic on the grass and let the fresh air take away your stress. The islands are generally not crowded so it’s the perfect place for quiet moments of peace and serenity.

Feast on board!

What’s a fun trip without good food? Save the hassle of shopping and bringing your food up on board by completing your package with ONE°15 Life’s selection of  delectable food and beverages . The food are freshly prepared in ONE°15 Marina’s kitchen and transported directly onto the yacht to ensure freshness and quality. Certain yachts come with built-in barbeque pits where you can enjoy freshly grilled food prepared by the crew. Various finger food such as pizzas, burgers or even Singapore’s local delights like Hokkien stir-fry prawn noodles are also available. Additional services such as having a chef and service staff onboard can also be arranged for your charter.

Sail into the Sunset

The yacht will cruise back to the marina and depending on your charter schedule, you might get to witness the  glorious sunset view  of the Singapore skyline or fireworks from the Wings of Time show near Resort World Sentosa . Important information before you charter

• All prices quoted below are inclusive of the prevailing tax.
• Only fully vaccinated passengers are allowed onboard the SZH-licensed pleasure craft. Unvaccinated passengers (other than recovered individuals, medically ineligible individuals, or children aged 12 years and below) are not allowed to board the craft.
• All rates listed are for basic charters only (4-5 hours depending on the yacht). For the standard itinerary,  please click here .
• Optional add-ons such as city skyline cruises may still be chargeable, depending on the yacht.
• Optional add-ons such as BBQ pit and cooking services  DO NOT  include food.
• Ice (otherwise stated), disposable cutlery, and cups are not provided.

• Do note for wet weather, the Captain will still sail out if it does not pose any safety issues. If it is not possible to sail out, the Captain will try to  delay  the sail out timing. If it is not possible to sail, the charter will be  rescheduled  to a later date (subject to availability).  No cancellations  are allowed. The Captain will decide what is the next course of action.  Customers are still required to proceed to the marina and wait for the captain’s final decision.
• Disembarkation at Lazarus Island Pontoon is no longer permitted by MPA unless the yacht has a tender boat.
• Balloons are prohibited due to marine life preservation.
• Red wine is strictly prohibited on all yachts except for Anka and EagleWings 1 and 2.
• Covid-19 cancellation/ rescheduling terms and conditions If no social gatherings are allowed, we would reschedule the charter up to a mutually agreeable date and time. No cancellations will be permitted. Strictly  NO  refunds and postponements, should there be any reduction in headcount for social gatherings by the MMTF, charterers will need to reduce their own headcount and consume the charter. Notwithstanding the above, there are no refunds or reschedules for bookings even if guests are tested positive for COVID-19, unless agreed by the yacht owners.

Changi Sailing Club has various sailing boat rentals in Singapore (from the mini Optimist Junior to Lasers) although you’ll need to be a member and sail the boat yourself. And if you don’t know how to sail a boat, then sign up for their sailing courses. Affordable yacht rentals are also available here, but again you’ll have to sign up for a membership first. Singapore Island Cruise & Ferry

Singapore Island Cruise & Ferry isn’t technically the place for charters or yacht rentals in Singapore, but it does promise plenty of fun for the fam. The ferry operator specialises in island-hopping to St. John’s and Lazarus Island as well as Kusu Island. There’s a pre-determined schedule in place, and children of all ages, as well as small furkids, are welcome for a boat trip in Singapore to remember. A $50 million private island that's a 10-minute boat ride off the coast of Florida just hit the market. Take a look.

If owning a private island is a personal dream for you, you're in luck — a 7-acre private island located just 3 miles off the coast of Florida just hit the market and could be all yours for $50 million.

Black's Island is located in Saint Joseph Bay and just south of Port St. Joe on Florida's panhandle. The island was named for Samuel "Black Sam" Bellamy, who is known as the wealthiest pirate in history.

The island hosts its own private resort, complete with 26 waterfront bungalows as well as common areas like a clubhouse, cabana, and pool, according to the sale listing. The structures are connected via an elevated boardwalk that runs along the center of the island.

Black's Island currently hosts short-term rentals with the help of a management company and full-time staff on the island, which is accessible via a 10-minute boat ride from the mainland, or by seaplane and helicopter.

From the dock on the mainland, the Panama City Beach International Airport is an hour-and-twenty-minute drive away. A smaller airport for those flying in on a private jet is only 25 minutes away.

"You're only 3 miles off the mainland, and you seriously feel like you're in the islands," Lori Bembry Weldon, one of the listing brokers at Jon Kohler & Associates, told Business Insider, adding, "It's really super cool. There's just nothing like it on the coast of Florida that's available."

If you can't quite swing the $50 million price tag, you may still have a chance to get a slice of the island life .

In addition to listing the entire island for sale, the owner has also listed several of the individual bungalows . Weldon said the owner, Atlanta developer Scott Seymour, is open to selling the entire island or just some of the bungalows — so it will ultimately depend on what potential buyers are interested in.

In this scenario, Weldon said the setup would be similar to a condo homeowners' association. The bungalows, which start at $1.5 million, would be purchased under a 99-year lease, and there would be a $25,000-a-year HOA fee to cover taxes, insurance, repairs, and utilities, including upkeep for all the common areas.

Weldon also said in the case of individual bungalow sales, pre-approved title insurance and lenders have already been set up, so potential buyers would not have to worry about getting insurance — an increasing problem in Florida .

The bungalows, which were first built in 2009, were remodeled when Seymour bought the island in 2018. Weldon said that in addition to renting out the bungalows, he also frequently spends time on the island.

Seymour is also currently building a $20 million hotel on the mainland where anyone who purchases a bungalow will be able to park. The hotel is also set to be named after the infamous pirate and will be called The Bellamy.
