The Tesla and SpaceX CEO — who's currently embroiled in a battle over the future of Twitter  — was spotted Sunday aboard a luxury yacht in Mykonos, Greece. Joined by a group of friends that included Endeavor CEO Ari Emanuel and his fashion-designer wife, Sarah Staudinger, Musk spent the day swimming, sunning himself, drinking cocktails, and even getting hosed down by Emanuel . 

"Haha damn, maybe I should take off my shirt more often," Musk tweeted Tuesday after the photos went viral, adding that he was "already back in the factory."

While Musk famously owns a $70 million private jet , he hasn't sprung for a yacht of his own (unlike his space rival, Jeff Bezos ). Instead, the group chartered the vessel — called Zeus — from SamBoat , a European online boat-rental firm that operates in Greece, Croatia, and Spain, and has plans to expand to the US. 

Here's a peek inside the luxurious superyacht, which rents for over $7,000 a day. 

Zeus is a 24-meter yacht, which is equivalent to about 79 feet. Renting the vessel starts at $7,171.

The yacht has capacity for 20 people and is intended for full-day excursions.

A skipper is included with the rental — the skipper serves as your captain during your trip.

Passengers can swim off the back platform, like Musk did ...

... or lounge with a cocktail on the rear deck.

If guests need a break from the sun, there's room to sit down for a meal inside. And if anyone needs a nap, there are four berths onboard that can sleep up to eight people.

A shirtless Elon Musk was seen soaking up the sun aboard a luxury yacht in Mykonos, Greece, on Sunday.

The multibillionaire was with a small group that included newlywed pals Ari Emanuel and Sarah Staudinger as they sailed the Aegean Sea on the “Zeus” — an almost $US20,000-per-week motor yacht that can accommodate six guests in over three cabins and comes with a professional crew.

The pictures caused quite a stir on social media, with hundreds of people making an array of comments – mostly very unkind – about the mogul and his physique.

Musk himself responded to the uproar on his Twitter account, posting a reference to freeing the nipple.

“Haha damn, maybe I should take off my shirt more often … free the nip!!” he wrote.

Musk, 51, boarded the swanky boat wearing a plain white T-shirt, black swim trunks, dark sunglasses, a black baseball cap and matching flip-flops.

The Tesla CEO soon stripped down to just his bathing suit and took a dive into the ocean. Once back on the yacht, Endeavour CEO Emanuel — long held to be the inspiration for fictional Hollywood agent Ari Gold in “Entourage” — hosed him down.

Musk was later seen enjoying a cocktail before the group headed out to explore the island.

The SpaceX founder — who recently confirmed to Page Six exclusively that he had welcomed his 10th child — did not seem the least bit bothered by Twitter’s massive lawsuit against him.

Musk first agreed to buy the social media website for $US44 billion in April but pulled out of the deal earlier this month on the belief the platform may be lying about what percentage of its users are bots.

In their filing, Twitter’s attorneys described Musk’s claim as a “bad faith” attempt to walk away from the agreement.

In response, Musk called the company’s suit “meritless” and told a judge that he needs until next year to formally respond.

The business tycoon informed us earlier this month that he had quietly welcomed twins with his Neuralink executive, Shivon Zilis, in November 2021, adding that he had no plans to stop procreating.

Tesla billionaire Elon Musk had a pricey power lunch in Mykonos, Greece, before shooting down reports of an alleged affair with the wife of Google co-founder Sergey Brin.

A source told us of the mogul, “He was with 12 attractive people at billionaires hotspot Nammos — where he ran up a 12,000 Euro bill, and left a 3,000 Euro tip in his lunch bill.”

However, when we reached out to Musk himself, he told Page Six: “I went to lunch with [Endeavor CEO] Ari Emanuel and his wife, and a few others, not ‘12 attractive people.’ I had no date. Not sure what the lunch bill was, but nowhere near that high.”

Hollywood bigwig Emanuel, 61 — who recently married fashion designer Sarah Staudinger , 33, in St. Tropez — was also seen last week with his new wife and Musk on vacation in Greece, and was photographed hosing down the shirtless tech mogul aboard a near-$20,000-per-week yacht called the Zeus.

Sources further told us that the “attractive” group with Musk, Emanuel and Staudinger at Nammos were some of Staudinger’s friends.

Days before the lunch, Musk, 51, had fired off a tweet denying he’d had an affair with Brin’s wife Nicole Shanahan, insisting “nothing romantic” occurred. “This is total bs. Sergey and I are friends and were at a party together last night!” Musk tweeted late Sunday of the Wall Street Journal report. “I’ve only seen Nicole twice in three years, both times with many other people around. Nothing romantic.”

Eccentric Musk also claimed, “Haven’t even had sex in ages (sigh).”

The Journal’s bombshell report claimed that Brin, who has not commented, filed for divorce from Shanahan after learning of her alleged affair with Musk.

The couple were reportedly separated but living together at the time of the affair.

But Musk told The Post : “I spoke to both Sergey and Nicole about the article and they were both adamant that they had not talked to WSJ, nor authorized anyone to speak on their behalf.”

Welcome to this week’s edition of This Week in Chancery Court! Delaware’s moment in the sun continues as the fight between Elon Musk and Twitter shifts from fiery tweets… to fiery legal filings. 

Here’s where we are: lawsuits. Twitter wanted to have a trial as quickly as possible. “This very public dispute harms Twitter with each passing day Musk is in breach,” Twitter said in a legal filing. (The company also reported earnings going down, and basically blamed Musk for its weak performance the last three months.) Musk’s team wanted to move the trial to next February so it could run more tests on Twitter’s firehose to figure out… something, something spam bots? 

Kathaleen McCormick, chancellor of the Court of Chancery — name a more iconic job title, I’ll wait — ruled quickly on the subject. (She also has COVID-19 because why not add some more chaos to the proceedings!) The trial will start in October , and it will last five days. That’s not quite as soon as Twitter had hoped, but it’s a big win for the company nonetheless.

It sure seems like the overall feeling about this merger has started to change. Twitter’s stock is up almost 10 percent this week, which is a strong signal from investors that they think that, at the very least, Twitter’s going to wring a big payday out of Musk. (Though Twitter’s still trading well below $54.20 a share.) The hedge fund Pentwater Capital has bought big into Twitter recently , making a similar bet. Noted short sellers Hindenburg Research have also taken a long position on Twitter .

But Chancellor McCormick is the only person who really matters going forward because this is a bench trial. Still, out here in the wild, it seems “Elon Musk, the rogue cowboy who plays by his own rules to save the world” is being replaced in many people’s minds by “Elon Musk, the nonstop bundle of directionless chaos.” His cheering section and reply-guy army are still going strong, but the people who matter — and write big checks and decide big lawsuits — aren’t so taken with him anymore.

But wait, sorry. We’ve gotten way too far in without talking about the real Musk news of the week: Yacht Pics! Musk was apparently a recent guest on a yacht with Ari Emanuel in Mykonos, where he was spotted looking — I mean, let’s just say it — pasty as all hell. From the man who likes to talk about all the nights spent sleeping in a Tesla factory, this is not terribly shocking, and as a Fellow Pasty, I’m certainly not here to cast aspersions, but here’s hoping his SPF was strong that day. It’s been hot out there this summer, friends.

The timing of all of this doesn’t feel like a coincidence. Musk has a history of doing relatively harmless tabloid fodder-y things around big business moments, most notably when he made everyone forget about Tesla’s executive turnover and sinking stock price… by smoking a blunt on Joe Rogan’s podcast . Or the April Fools’ Twitter thread that stole headlines from a deadly Tesla crash and concerns about its credit rating. Remember the “funding secured” tweet ? Remember how that came right in the middle of a huge production crunch at the company, a string of crashes, and an ongoing SEC investigation? Or the time, right after Insider had requested comment on a story about a flight attendant who says Musk propositioned her for sex, Musk went on Twitter to say he’d be attacked for his newfound Republicanism? Nobody redirects quite like Musk.

Musk tried to laugh the whole thing off but also quickly claimed he was “ back in the factory ” by the time the photos came out. See, hard work at all costs is kinda his thing — and the thing he likes to force on the people who work for him . This is the guy, after all, who has frequently talked about how vacations will kill you . It’s not exactly a great look to light a bunch of fires at every company you run or hope to run and then just bugger off to Mykonos for a Mediterranean romp.

Anyway, congrats to whichever paparazzo snapped these photos, which are already climbing the ranks of the most-memed Musk photos. We have Elon Musk, the Golden Triangle of Perfection; Elon Musk, secretly a prototype of the Optimus robot ; Elon Musk, bizarro Captain America . (And in less flattering comparisons, Elon Musk, Immortan Joe .) I could do this all day. It’s amazing.

Also, the yacht is called Zeus, it’s 79 feet long, and it costs a bit over $7,000 a day to rent. This is not important information, but I spent a while researching it, so I figured I’d share.

Back in the factory, it was an interesting week: Tesla reported earnings on Wednesday and said it made $2.26 billion on $16.9 billion in revenue. Both numbers were down from last quarter but up from a year ago. Among other things, the company announced it has sold 75 percent of its Bitcoin , which added $936 million in cash to its balance sheet. 

Musk has long promised to be a Bitcoin HODLer: he said exactly a year ago that “I might pump but I don’t dump” and that “I would like to see Bitcoin succeed.” Now, post-dump, he said the sale “should not be taken as some verdict on Bitcoin.” Rather, Tesla was just “concerned about overall liquidity of the company given COVID shutdowns in China.” Which is kind of scary sounding! But he also said he thinks the hardest period is over, and he’s been doomsday prophesying about the economy for a while now, so the explanation didn’t raise the alarm it might normally. 

What made less sense? Musk said Tesla also owns Dogecoin and hasn’t sold any of it (yet). Tesla also has about $18.9 billion in easily accessible reserves, so that $936 million sure helps but isn’t going to change the company’s outlook much. It sounds more like an excuse to get out of yet another increasingly bad investment. He also called crypto “a sideshow to the sideshow.”

It’s possible that we’re headed into a relatively quiet period of Elon Doing Things. The Twitter trial has a date, and Musk’s team is surely telling him that all the tweeting he’s doing about it is not helping his case. (Not that Musk is known for doing the reasonable things his reasonable employees tell him to do.) It might be time to batten down the hatches, try and solve some of the many corporate headaches his behavior has caused at Tesla and SpaceX, and I don’t know, run some more searches on the firehose. Or, honestly, drop all of that and get back on the yacht. A little vitamin D might help.

Emanuel also is believed to have engineered the booking of Musk as host of Saturday Night Live in 2021. After offering his unsolicited bid for Twitter in the spring of 2022, Musk then spent months in a legal fight to extricate himself from the acquisition. In the end, he withdrew his claims and the deal officially closed last October. The transaction kicked off a chaotic period of layoffs and disarray in the company’s operations, with many longtime advertisers heading to the sidelines amid the tumult. Just yesterday, Musk himself — an unavoidable presence for any user — responded in a tweet about a glitch on the site by conceding that the company’s technology is “brittle” but vowing that it would be “fixed soon.”

Elon Musk is taking the stir over his shirtless pictures aboard a yacht in Mykonos in stride — and turning them into motivation to hit the gym.

Exclusive photos obtained by Page Six this week showed a shirtless Musk slathered with sunscreen relaxing alongside William Morris Endeavor boss Ari Emanuel and his new bride Sarah Staudinger on their luxury yacht near the Greek island.

Musk laughed off the social media firestorm on Thursday in response to a post by the account @WholeMarsBlog, which took aim at critics poking fun at the Tesla billionaire’s physique.  

“According to new CDC guidelines anyone posting a shirtless pick of @elonmusk to make fun of him must also post a shirtless pic of themselves for comparison,” the account said.

“Tbh, it’s good motivation to work out, eat healthier & maybe take my shirt off outside more than once a year haha,” Musk joked in response.

Musk initially reacted to the pictures on Twitter shortly after they went viral.

“Haha damn, maybe I should take off my shirt more often … free the nip!! (already back in the factory btw),” Musk tweeted .

Musk found time to reply even as his camp prepped for a pending legal battle with Twitter over his decision to walk away from a $44 billion agreement to buy the company.

Delaware Chancery Court chief judge Kathaleen McCormick sided with Twitter this week in approving an expedited trial for the company’s lawsuit. Twitter is seeking to force Musk to follow through on the agreement’s original terms by court order.

The trial is scheduled to take place over five days in October. Musk’s team has argued he was justified in nixing the Twitter deal due to lingering questions about the number of spam bots within the social media app’s user base.

Musk has publicly questioned Twitter’s repeated claim that fake accounts comprise less than 5% of its users.

UFC owner Ari Emanuel was spotted with billionaire tech giant Elon Musk in Mykonos, Greece. The two entrepreneurs were hanging out on a luxurious yacht. The pictures of Musk and Emanuel are breaking the internet at the moment.

The Tesla & SpaceX CEO recently refused to buy Twitter, earlier they had an agreed-upon $44 billion deal. Whereas, the CEO of Endeavor recently got married. Emanuel was with his wife on the yacht. There are no details of who accompanied Musk on the trip.

The $50 million worth yacht costs $20,000 a week. The yacht can carry a few people only, suggesting the trip was for a tight-knit group known to Emanuel. And as seen in the Endeavor CEO’s wedding with Sarah Staudinger, Musk seemed a close person to them.

The 51-year-old Musk was seen shirtless, having a drink, and soaking in the sun. Besides, he had a good time with Emanuel, who was seen putting water on the head of the billionaire in one snap.

In July 2016, a company that was almost bankrupt in 2001 was sold for $4 billion. The historic deal was one of the biggest shocks for fight fans and MMA media. Chiefly, because UFC President Dana White a few months back suggested that the company was not for sale.

Endeavor owned just over 50% with their 2016 deal. However, in 2021, the company grabbed the remaining shares before it went public. Musk was one of the board members of Endeavor.

He recently revealed he's fathered 10 children by three different women and is embroiled in a lawsuit with Twitter after backing out of a $44 billion takeover of the social media platform.

But Elon Musk isn't letting any of that stop him from enjoying a luxury vacation in Greece with pals.

The SpaceX and Tesla founder, 51, was seen soaking up the sun and enjoying drinks on a yacht off the coast of the island of Mykonos on Monday. 

He was joined by  fashion designer Sarah Staudinger, 33, founder of the Staud fashion brand, and her new husband, superstar agent - and inspiration for HBO's Entourage - Ari Emanuel, 61.

Looking like he hasn't a care in the world, Musk made a splash in a pair of black swim trunks.

Not seen with the group was Australian actress Natasha Bassett, 27, the latest beauty to be romantically linked to the billionaire.

The pair were seen dining together in St. Tropez in the South of France in May and were among the guests at  Ari and Sarah's wedding officiated by Larry David.

'Elon and Natasha have been in an on-again, off-again relationship for a few years,' an insider told Australia's Daily Telegraph Confidential.

It recently emerged that Musk had welcomed twins last November with a senior executive at one of his companies, Shivon Zilis, 3.

The Tesla mogul also has five children with his first wife, Canadian author Justine Musk.

A sixth child, their first, died of sudden infant death syndrome aged ten weeks in 2002, prompting them to use in vitro fertilisation. Then Justine gave birth to twins — Vivian and Griffin — in 2004, followed by triplets — Kai, Saxon and Damian — in 2006.

Earlier this month, he tweeted: ‘Doing my best to help the underpopulation crisis,’ he intoned. ‘A collapsing birth rate is the biggest danger civilisation faces by far.’

He added: ‘I hope you have big families and congrats to those who already do!’

After a much vaunted bid for Twitter that was accepted by the platform's board, Musk has now backed out of the deal expressing concerns that Twitter had been misleading about the number fake accounts.

He has not presented any evidence to support his claims. 

He originally agreed to a $1 billion breakup fee as part of the buyout agreement, although it appears Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal and the company are settling in for a legal fight to force the sale. 

The founder of electric car company Tesla, sent a letter to Twitter saying he was pulling out of the controversial deal he made in April to buy the platform for $54.20 per share, or $44 billion in total.

Such merger agreements are 'designed to prevent buyers from getting cold feet and deciding they want to walk away,' law expert Lipton explained.

Besides Musk's accusations of Twitter's 'false and misleading representations' of the number of fake accounts, lawyers also point to recent Twitter employee layoffs and hiring freezes, which they say are contrary to the company's obligation to continue operating normally.

Those arguments may be valid, but they do not merit pulling out of the deal, says Lipton, dismissing them as 'nitpicky.'

That leaves the possibility that the multi-billionaire is actually trying to renegotiate the price down.

This tactic has been used successfully elsewhere, such as by LVMH. Two years ago, the global luxury giant broke off a deal to acquire Tiffany before getting a discount.

But experts don't see how Musk and Twitter could agree on a different price at this point, given that the platform's stock has lost more than a quarter of its value since late April.

The Tesla and SpaceX CEO, 51, was spotted relaxing on a luxury yacht moored off the coast of Mykonos, Greece, on Sunday.

Keeping things casual in a plain T-shirt and swim shorts, Musk appeared to be kicking back with friends following the termination of his deal to purchase Twitter , for which Twitter is suing him, and a feud with former President Donald Trump.

Musk's new spat with Trump, 76, started during a July 9 political rally in Alaska, when Trump spoke about the billionaire's claim that he'd recently voted for a Republican for the first time, according to The Washington Post .

"He said the other day, 'Oh, I've never voted for a Republican.' I said, 'I didn't know that,'" Trump said at the rally. "He told me he voted for me, so he's another bull— artist."

Musk responded to Trump's criticism via Twitter in a reply to a Breitbart News tweet that shared Trump's comments.

"I don't hate the man, but it's time for Trump to hang up his hat & sail into the sunset," wrote Musk. "Dems should also call off the attack – don't make it so that Trump's only way to survive is to regain the Presidency."

Trump replied on Truth Social that Musk "should focus on getting himself out of the Twitter mess because he could owe $44 billion for something that's perhaps worthless."

In a further post, Trump mulled about why Musk was "allowed to break the $15 million stock purchase barrier on Twitter without any reporting?"

"That is a very serious breach! Have fun Elon and @jack , go to it!" he wrote, bringing Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey into the conversation.

Musk had previously said he would reverse Trump's permanent Twitter ban , a result of the Jan. 6, 2021 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol , if his Twitter deal succeeded.

After Musk filed to terminate his $44 billion deal to purchase Twitter on July 8, the social media company's board said it planned to sue him to make sure the much-anticipated deal finally goes through.

Musk responded to Twitter's plan to force him to acquire the company via lawsuit by tweeting a meme of himself laughing in a series of four photos, with captions that read: "They said I couldn't buy Twitter, Then they wouldn't disclose bot info, Now they want to force me to buy Twitter in court, Now they have to disclose bot info in court."

When Musk filed to terminate the deal, he claimed that Twitter did not provide enough information about the number of fake accounts and bots on the social media platform, and didn't give his team enough data to do their own analysis.

"Sometimes Twitter has ignored Mr. Musk's requests, sometimes it has rejected them for reasons that appear to be unjustified, and sometimes it has claimed to comply while giving Mr. Musk incomplete or unusable information," read the filing.

Twitter launched a lawsuit against Musk on Tuesday to "compel" his completion of the deal. In court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Twitter claimed Musk acted in "bad faith" after reaching a deal to buy the social media platform earlier this year.

"In April 2022, Elon Musk entered into a binding merger agreement with Twitter, promising to use his best efforts to get the deal done," Twitter said in the complaint, filed in the Delaware Court of Chancery. "Now, less than three months later, Musk refuses to honor his obligations to Twitter and its stockholders because the deal he signed no longer serves his personal interests," it continued.

"Having mounted a public spectacle to put Twitter in play, and having proposed and then signed a seller-friendly merger agreement, Musk apparently believes that he — unlike every other party subject to Delaware contract law — is free to change his mind, trash the company, disrupt its operations, destroy stockholder value, and walk away," the company claimed.

Attorneys for Musk haven't responded to PEOPLE's request for comment about the lawsuit.

Elon Musk has bigger fish to fry than the Twitter lawsuit right now ... like getting his hands on some SPF during his trip to Mykonos, where he's doing the yacht thing with famous friends.

The richest man in the world also looked to be one of its most fair-skinned as he took a dip in the Aegean Sea. His pal Ari Emanuel , CEO of William Morris Endeavor, was waiting to hose him down with some fresh water when he got back on the deck of their yacht.

Elon looks to be third-wheeling it -- Ari's new wife, Sarah Staudinger , was also lounging on the boat with the guys.

BTW, Musk is kinda hanging himself by his own petard here. You might recall, back in April, he jabbed at Bill Gates by tweeting a photo of BG side-by-side with the emoji of a guy with a big belly.

What's that saying about multi-billionaires in glass houses? Just sayin' ...

One thing's for sure ... if Elon's worried about Twitter suing him for backing out of the $44 billion deal to purchase the platform, he's not showing it.

Several photos have surfaced on social media which show the Tesla founder splashing around in warm water while sipping drinks. Mr Musk was with a small group that included fashion designer Sarah Staudinger and her husband Ari Emanuel, according to Page Six .

The outlet further said that the friends were enjoying their vacation onboard the yacht which is available for charter for almost $20,000 a week. It can accommodate six guests in its three cabins and a professional crew is available to serve them.

In the photos, Mr Musk is seen in black swimming trunks. The yacht he was on is named 'Zeus'. All the friends are seen smiling while jumping off the back of the boat into the ocean.

The billionaire was sporting aviator sunglasses while looking around on the boat after the swim, more photos from his vacation show.

One of the Twitter users, who posted the photo, said he liked them and added he will put his money "behind this man". Mr Musk reacted to it, replying, "Haha damn, maybe I should take off my shirt more often … free the nip!!  (already back in the factory btw)."

Twitter Inc on Monday accused Mr Musk of trying to "slow walk" the company's lawsuit to hold him to his $44 billion takeover and urged a September trial to ensure deal financing remains in place, according to a court filing.

Twitter has sued Mr Musk and asked a Delaware judge to order him to complete the merger at the agreed price of $54.20 per share.

The company said if the billionaire is ordered to close the deal it could still take months of additional litigation to close the debt financing, which expires in April. For that reason, Twitter asked the judge to reject Mr Musk's proposal to hold the trial in February.

Mr Musk, who is the world's richest person, accused San Francisco-based Twitter of rushing the trial to obscure the truth about spam accounts and to "railroad" him into buying the company.
