My family of 4 paid $300 for a private cabana at Disney's Yacht Club Resort, and it was worth every penny

  • My family of four rented a private cabana for the day at Disney's Yacht Club Resort for $300.
  • There was a dedicated wait staff for beverage and food service throughout the day.
  • A fruit tray, dessert tray, and an assortment of nonalcoholic drinks were included in the service

Insider Today

As a travel planner at  Marvelous Mouse Travels , my family often takes trips to Disney World.

Over the years, we've discovered some vacation extras that are totally worth the money, like the private cabanas you can rent at Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, Disney's Yacht and Beach Club resorts, and both Disney water parks.

During a recent stay at Yacht Club , my family decided to rent a poolside cabana for a day.

Cabana rentals tend to sell out quickly, so it's best to book them in advance.

yacht club pool cabana

Cabana rentals at Disney World book up fast, so be sure to make a reservation when the 60-day window opens before your trip.

We planned a pool day during our stay, so this was a great way to make it even more special. We had access to the cabana rental from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. — half-day or hourly rentals were not available.

We paid $300 for our rental, but pricing may change based on the resort and the time of year.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the attendant who escorted us to our cabana, retrieved our towels, and explained the services offered.

The cabana is equipped with a shaded sitting area and two lounge chairs in the sun.

yacht club pool cabana

The cabana was equipped with a large couch, flat-screen television, coffee table, and two lounge chairs in the sun.

There were also a few complimentary sunscreen/skin-care products.

Our attendant soon returned to take our drink and food order.

yacht club pool cabana

Our servers were extremely attentive, checking in on us frequently.

They were able to bring us drinks and food from the pool bar, we just had to pay for them separately.

I enjoyed a chilled lager while relaxing.

We had our own stocked mini fridge.

yacht club pool cabana

The cabana had a fully stocked fridge with soda, water, and juice boxes.

Our attendant also presented us with some complimentary fruit.

yacht club pool cabana

Our drinks came quickly, and while waiting for our food, our attendant brought us a free fruit plate, which was fresh and delicious.

The extra food we ordered arrived, and our family sat and ate inside the cabana in the shade.

Having a shaded area to get away from the Florida heat is priceless.

yacht club pool cabana

One of the greatest benefits of this service was having a shaded area.

The Florida heat was intense the day we were there, and having a place to take breaks, eat lunch, watch some sports, and hang out as a family was such a great perk.

A cabana rental is a great way for parents to relax while kids play at the pool.

yacht club pool cabana

Our cabana was conveniently located near the main kids' pool.

My husband and I got the opportunity to lounge in the sun and read our books while keeping a watchful eye on our kids .

Most pools at the Disney World resorts, including Yacht Club, also have lifeguards on duty.

We got a few complimentary treats to enjoy at the end of the day.

yacht club pool cabana

Toward the end of the day, our server brought a lovely dessert tray with small delicacies, which were thoroughly enjoyed by our children.

The personalized service we received was top-notch.

yacht club pool cabana

I think renting a cabana is a great way to pamper yourself, spend quality time with your family outside of the hustle and bustle of the parks, and have a cool and relaxing experience by the pool.

Even though it's a pricier add-on, it was definitely worth it for my family.

planDisney Pocket Guide to Disney’s Yacht Club Resort

Lisa Mendillo

by Lisa Mendillo , Sr. Manager, Digital Integration

Disney’s Yacht Club Resort offers guests amazing amenities, an incredible location and numerous dining options. There is so much to do here, so the planDisney panelists recommend including at least one resort day in your itinerary when vacationing at this Disney Resorts Collection hotel.

Transportation is a breeze at this resort. While buses are available for guests to venture to theme parks, water parks and Disney Springs, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort is also walking distance or a short boat ride to EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

planDisney Tip : Don’t forget Disney Skyliner can also be accessed at EPCOT International Gateway nearby, giving guests even more choices for transportation near this resort.

A variety of room types await guests at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort. Rooms with standard, water, garden, and wood views are available and can sleep up to five adults. Suites and Club Level access are also available and can sleep up to six adults while the Turret Suite can accommodate up to eight adults.

With dining options like Ale & Compass , Yachtsman Steakhouse , The Market at Ale & Compass , and Crew’s Cup Lounge there are choices for every palate when mealtime rolls around. And let’s not forget Hurricane Hanna’s Waterside Bar & Grill , Beaches & Cream Soda Shop and Cape May Café .

On to recreation and one of the most beloved pools on Disney property. Stormalong Bay is a 750,000 gallon, beachside wonderland that offers guests three acres of aquatic fun. Take a swirl around the lazy river or put your toes in the sand … inside the pool with a sand-bottom! Plus, Stormalong Bay is also home to one of the highest hotel waterslides at Walt Disney World Resort, and it can be found at the top of the life-size shipwreck replica.

If pool time to you means a quiet afternoon soaking up the rays, there are also three leisure pools you can enjoy at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, and the neighboring sister-resort, Disney’s Beach Club Resort.

planDisney Tip: Book a poolside cabana and spend the day lounging and enjoying cocktails or munchies from Hurricane Hanna’s Waterside Bar & Grill or mobile ordering a delicious to-go meal from Ale & Compass Restaurant.

Also, close by, guests will find Fantasia Gardens and Fairways Miniature Golf . Whether you want to work on your putting or just want to have fun with the family, this is a great afternoon activity for all. And, it’s only a short walk away!

Can’t help but feel the cabanas will take away from the spacious open feeling of the pool. Not to mention blocking views because you know they will be situated in the most prime locations. Seems like Disney is taking a family affordable resort and turning it into a snooty hotel. I guess I will find out in September if we need to find another vacation resort.

' src=

March 14, 2019 at 10:16 am

@Tony- I am not sure I would call the Yatch and Beach an affordable family resort. It is one of the higher priced deluxe resorts. The high price of the cabanas certainly don’t make things cheaper, but it isn’t a cheap place to begin with. That said, I am sorry this addition has soured your view of what it sounds like used to be your go to place.

I’ve reserved my cabana for June! I’m so excited to not have to stalk beach chairs and have some built in shade for our sensitive skin…plus with a toddler it will help to have a cast member to help with ordering food. This will be awesome!

Cabana and Patio Rentals at Disney Resorts

Pool days at the resorts are a great way to unwind and enjoy time away from the theme parks.  However, if you’re looking to take your pool day up a notch, you can rent a private cabana !  Cabanas are available at the Beach Club and Yacht Club, the Contemporary, and Grand Floridian.  You can also rent a poolside patio over at the Polynesian.

Beach Club and Yacht Club

yacht club pool cabana

The Beach Club and Yacht Club feature pool, Stormalong Bay, already has a lot to offer with its slide and lazy river, but there are also cabanas available for rent.  These cabanas accommodate up to 6 guests and can be rented for a full day.  They have lounge chairs, chairs, a table, a ceiling fan, a television, mini-fridge with complimentary soda and water, a fruit tray, towels, sunscreen, charging outlets, and a safe.  Also a dedicated cast member provides service to the cabana.

Contemporary

You can book a private cabana for the full day at the Bay Cove Pool, the resort’s all-ages leisure pool.  Cabanas here have a couch, chairs, ceiling fan, bluetooth speaker, television, phone for resort calls, a fruit tray, mini-fridge with complimentary soda and water, complimentary skincare products, and a safe.

Grand Floridian

yacht club pool cabana

At the Grand Floridian, cabanas are located at the Beach Pool, the feature pool that overlooks the Seven Seas Lagoon.  Guests can book a cabana for the full day. The cabana includes lounge chairs, a couch, ceiling fan, television, fruit basket, snack basket, mini-fridge with complimentary soda and water, towels, and complimentary sunscreen and skincare products.  As with the Beach Club and Yacht Club cabanas, a dedicated cast member provides service to the Grand Floridian cabanas.

Near the Polynesian’s quiet pool, the Oasis Pool, there are the shaded Oasis Patios that accommodate up to 6 guests.  The patios have lounge chairs, a table, and towels.  Best of all, guests can have drinks and food like fish tacos and kalua pork sliders delivered from Oasis Bar & Grill.

Having a cabana or patio to lounge by the pool can be the vacation relaxation you need!  Guests can book cabanas and patios by calling 407-WDW-PLAY up to 60 days in advance of their stay.  Note that cabanas can only be booked by guests staying at these resorts.

Food & Beverage

The following dining locations are located at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resort

  • Yachtsman Steakhouse- A MickeyBlog favorite, the airy dining room of this Table Service eatery features knotty-pine beams and nautical touches. Menu highlights include grain-fed beef that is aged in house and prepared on an oak-fired grill, 12 oz Prime New York Strip Steak with peppercorn brand sauce, truffle macaroni and cheese and for dessert the Yachtman’s Chocolate Cake.
  • Ale & Compass Restaurant – Drop anchor for Eastern Seaboard eats that the whole crew will love at this Table Service eatery. This seaworthy spot is a comfortable place to relax and refuel before and after a day of adventure. For breakfast we recommend the dark chocolate waffle or  salted caramel-apple French toast.  Lunch options include Lobster and Corn Chowder, Ale and Compass Salad, and the Bacon and Vermont Cheddar Burger. Finally, for dinner, indulge in sumptuous seafood, like sustainable catch of the day or New England seafood pot pie.
  • Ale & Compass Lounge – Stop by this nautical nook for lively libations and savory snacks. Choose from a variety of beers, wines and high-end liquors—as well as cocktails like the Spicy Pomegranate Margarita and the Captain’s Mai Tai.
  • The Market at Ale & Compass- Pop by this quick service spot for a variety of provisions. Once inside, you’ll find breakfast favorites like Mickey waffles with bacon, tasty sandwiches and hot paninis at lunchtime and delightful coffee beverages to brighten your day—along with magical Disney merchandise.
  • Cape May Cafe – Start your day off right with an all-you-care-to-enjoy, breakfast buffet featuring Assorted House-Made Pastries, Omelets, Beef Hash, and of course, Mickey and Minnie Waffles. For dinner buffet offerings include Peel-n-Eat Shrimp, Cape May Clams, Oven Roasted Lemon Chicken and Slow-roasted Strip Loin. Available for an additional fee are Snow Crab Legs (per pound) and Whole Lobster.
  • Beaches & Cream – Slide into a beach ball-bedecked booth at this Table Service spot and peruse a menu of fountain favorites, sweet surprises and hot-off-the-grill items. Find yourself in “burger heaven” or try the equally sublime grilled cheese and tomato soup. Chili-cheese tots and onion rings are among the other comfort classics offered. But the main event here is, of course, dessert with showstoppers, like the Snickers Sundae and the No Way José—a delectable creation with ice cream, peanut butter and hot fudge. For the ultimate experience, get a load of the Kitchen Sink: 8 scoops of ice cream smothered in every topping we have.
  • Beach Club Marketplace – Quick Service- Start your day with a breakfast sandwich or Mickey waffles. Then fuel up on lunch and dinner with a selection of macaroni and cheese dishes, hot or cold sandwiches, or refreshing salads.
  • Martha’s Vineyard – Canoodle over a Cape Cod or any signature cocktail from the full bar menu at this mellow New England beach house-inspired lounge. Imported wines and draft beers, including Sam Adams Seasonal, enhance the mood. Appetizers are also available.
  • Hurricane Hanna’s Waterside Bar – Enjoy the view of Stormalong Bay as you’re blown away by a sea of signature cocktails, draft beers and frozen drinks like the rum-infused Piña CoLAVA.
  • Crew’s Cup Lounge – Race into port for a refreshing beverage at this cozy outpost nestled next to the Yachtsman Steakhouse. Unwind with a pint, a glass of wine or a cool cocktail or from a selection of tasty menu items (hours vary).

Swimming Pools

The Resorts Gal Guide to Disney’s Stormalong Bay (With Photos)

Stormalong Bay is the tremendous feature pool area at Disney’s Beach and Yacht Club Resorts. A day spent here might be the best part of your Walt Disney World vacation.

We planned our first stay at Disney’s Beach Club many years ago and fell in love with the entire Epcot Resorts Area during that stay. But what surprised us most was how much we enjoyed the massive pool. We found ourselves wanting to spend more and more time at Stormalong Bay than anywhere else.

On our last vacation day, we completely blew off our park plans and spent the entire day (and evening) at Stormalong Bay. I picked up a paperback novel in the hotel’s gift shop and found a place in the shade to read while my son played with other children at the pool.

Even though the day consisted of small things, like reading a book, it’s still one of my favorite memories. We both know that sometimes the little things become the best memories.

Stormalong Bay Pool Area

For some, that might be helping your child build a sandcastle at the sand bottom pool. That is until they meet a few pool friends. Soon after, you can return to reading that book. Meanwhile, the children will conspire to meet back at the pool the next day, oblivious to your vacation plans.

Whatever it is, Stormalong Bay has a way of making you want to linger a little longer than expected. Below, we’ll discuss everything you need to know about Stormalong Bay. Additionally, we’ve included a video with clips of various pool areas toward the bottom of this article.

Refurbishment Announcement for Stormalong Bay : From January 2025 through June 2025, Stormalong Bay and Shipwreck Pool at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts will be closed for routine maintenance. Guests may see or hear construction work during daytime hours. (This was originally scheduled to end in May of 2025.)

Pool Details for Planning a Day at Stormalong Bay

Stormalong Bay is more of a mini water park than a pool. The pool area is over three acres and holds 750,000 gallons of water. Those areas include a lazy river, multiple whirlpool spas or hot tubs, sand bottom pool areas, waterfalls, a waterslide, a kiddie pool, a sand bar, and a shipwreck, among other things.

It’s important to be aware that Stormalong Bay has deep areas. The various pools range from zero-entry to 8′ (feet) deep. That 8′ deep area is limited to a portion of the lazy river. However, some other pool areas transition from shallow to 4′ and 5′ (feet) deep.

The photo below shows a shallow pool for children at the far end of the pool. A sand bar sits in the center of the pool, where children spend hours building sandcastles. However, looking toward the photo’s center, you’ll notice a hot tub. Then, on the opposite side, steps lead into the lazy river, where it’s immediately 6′ deep and soon after 8′ deep.

Complimentary lifejackets are provided for anyone who needs them. Additionally, lifeguards are stationed across the entire pool deck.

complimentary life jackets at Stormalong Bay

Stormalong Bay is open daily from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. during the busier times of the year. Guests of either Disney’s Yacht or Beach Club can access the pool during regular operating hours.

Wristbands are provided at the gate, allowing guests to come and go from the pool. If you want prime seating (AKA by the pool, in the shade, or a table and chairs), you’ll want to rope-drop the pool when it opens.

On our last stay (in mid-August), guests lined up as early as 9:30 a.m. at both pool gates to secure seats. While plenty of chairs are provided at the pool, it’s often one of those scenarios where people throw their items or a towel down and then mysteriously disappear.

lounge chairs

Pool hours might be reduced depending on several factors. For instance, when we stayed at the Yacht Club in January, the pool was only open until 10:00 p.m. due to fewer crowds. (We had no trouble finding seats during this time of year.)

Another instance is if you visit on a colder day. The pool might not open until the temperature increases to a certain degree, or if it’s exceptionally cold, it might remain temporarily closed.

However, the pools at Walt Disney World, including Stormalong Bay, are heated to 82 degrees year-round. So when it’s cooler outside, the pool will often feel pleasant, especially in the evenings.

The Sand Bottom Pool

Most of Stormalong Bay’s pool area has a sand bottom. This is soothing, unlike the typical abrasive concrete bottom pools that leave knees scraped.

Stairs in the center of Stormalong Bay lead up to a private alcove.

Here, you’ll find two separate hot tubs nestled among the rocks.

hot tub area in the pool

It was so hot in August that the pool water felt like a hot tub. So, no one was using the whirlpools. However, during our stay last winter, they were constantly packed.

Waterfalls cascade down the rocks on both sides of the hot tub area.

Waterfall feature in the pool

Here are a few more photos of this area from various angles.

Water is various depths throughout the pool.

One side of this area adjoins the lazy river. A rope acts as a divider between the pool area and the lazy river.

Here is a view looking back from the lazy river.

The pool stretches linearly on the opposite side (toward the right). A volleyball net made from pool noodles provides an excellent place to get up a game.

This area is where the afternoon activities for children take place. Those with children (who want to participate in the pool activities) will want to grab a spot on this end of the pool early.

Unfortunately, the pool deck in this area is narrow, so it can be difficult to find a seat. You can tell in the photo below that most of the chairs under umbrellas are already in use. This photo was taken within 15-20 minutes of the pool opening!

guests playing volleyball in Stormalong Bay

Every afternoon, from around 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., recreation cast members provide entertainment. They play pool games like Disney trivia and guess that tune. You might be surprised at how much everyone enjoys it.

As the day shifts to dusk, cast members invite everyone to campfire activities like roasting complimentary marshmallows and watching Movies Under the Stars. Both resorts have a recreation calendar detailing the nightly movie and other specifics.

Guests enjoying the pool area at the Beach Club.

Past this portion of the pool, the area continues to Bubblin’ Bay and a lagoon with whirling waters.

You’ll find the slide’s exit at the end of this area.

The Lazy River

At the opposite end, we find the lazy river, the deepest pool area. It has several entrances. But you’ll want to remember that some of those entrances lead into 5′ to 8′ deep areas.

It’s not a large lazy river. You can see its entire circular shape in the photo below.

Hurricane Hanna’s , the poolside bar and quick service, sits directly behind the lazy river.

Hurricane Hanna's is at the back of the lazy river

A few clear inner tubes are available for guests to use. Naturally, the river does have a bit of a current that keeps you moving. However, on our last stay, less than ten were available. A good deal of guests were complaining about the lack of tubes.

In case you’re wondering, most of these photos were taken from a large deck on the Crescent Lake side of the pool.

Additional seating is available at the top. However, like everywhere else, it can fill up quickly.

A few coveted spots in the shade are available if you get there early enough. A pool table was also present.

Stormalong Bay Water Slide (The Flying Jib)

From the upper deck, you can see the Stormalong Bay slide. It’s one of the best waterslides at the Disney Resorts . Called The Flying Jib, the slide is in a shipwreck across a walkway from the pool.

shipwreck at Disney's Beach Club

The shipwreck sits on the shores of Crescent Lake, so guests have to cross the walkway to get to the slide. The tunnel portion of the slide extends across the walkway from the ship back to the pool area.

Once you cross the path, you’ll climb into the ship and up the spiral staircase to access the slide.

It’s a speedy slide that almost always has a long line!

As far as the shipwreck goes, this is the same area where the nightly Movies Under the Stars are held. Cast members inflate a projection screen in front of the chairs sitting on the beach.

And here is a photo of where guests roast marshmallows each evening.

Kiddie Pool (The Shipwreck Pool)

Most guests have no clue that an additional kiddie pool sits inside the shipwreck. If you never took the time to check out the area, you’d have no idea it existed.

It has a separate kiddie water slide!

No sand is involved at this pool. It’s a fun area.

Sand Bar Kiddie Pool

The other kiddie pool is back on the Yacht Club side of Stormalong Bay. This large wading pool has a sand bottom and a massive mound of sand in its center.

Additionally, Stormalong Bay’s third hot tub resides in this area.

hot tub by the sand pool

A word of warning: After spending time in this area, young children will probably always remember this trip to the Beach Club. They will always ask to return to that place with the sand pool.

They will not want to leave when it’s time to prepare for your dinner reservation. And if you take them to the pool early on during your vacation, they will continuously ask when you’re going to the pool–even when you’re in the parks. Can you blame them?

Toward the back of the sand bar pool, the area forms another lagoon that’s approximately 3.5′ deep.

It’s a pretty area that looks out to Crescent Lake and Disney’s Boardwalk.

  • Cocktail Service
  • Ceiling Fan

Towels, Lockers, and Changing Areas at Stormalong Bay

Before we wrap things up, I wanted to share a few other details that might help you plan time at the pool. For instance, towels are provided at Stormalong Bay. So you shouldn’t need to pack them. Guests can get as many as they need throughout the day.

pool towels at Stormalong Bay

Additionally, a locker area is available for guests who might need to store a few items while in the pool.

Lockers at Stormalong Bay

Restrooms are available immediately behind the pool area.

pool restrooms at Stormalong Bay

When you enter this covered area to the restrooms, you’ll notice a sign that says showers on the far right-hand side. This area leads to showers and changing areas for men and women. Inside, you’ll find a couple of showers, towels, a bench, and a place to hang items.

Toiletries like body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are available in the shower stall. This area provides a wonderful place to change or freshen up if you have a late flight on your check-out day. You might also use this area to change into your swimsuit if your room isn’t ready on arrival.

Meraviglia Yacht Club Pool Deck Cabanas

Cool Cruiser

The last time we sailed on the Meraviglia, February 2020, a cabana on the yacht club pool deck was free for Royal Suite guests. Is this still a Royal Suite perk, or will we have to pay for the cabana?  Either option is fine.  Just want to be prepared for our upcoming cruise in a couple of weeks.

A few weeks ago there was a sign on one of the cabanas that said reserved for ????1 .

I know it was for the RS as I knew who was in it.

On Mera, there are only three.  Forward one is best.  Better shade.  The other RS was upsold and the occupants had butlers in their grip.  Other cabana group of NYers smoking in non smoking area.  YMMV

I bet that the last group you mention may have been from NY, but are in Florida now.  Port St. Lucie or Ponte Vedra.  Loud, self entitled, and pushing her travel agency.  Acted like they owned the ship and ordered staff around!  Travel Agency should have been called "Obnoxious!"

Chrisgp999…..Nice to see post on CC. Welcome.

On Meraviglia, there are only 3 cabanas.

You are going to have to ask for it.

On our first RS cruise, 2 of the cabanas had signs that said Reserved for

15011 or 15008. The third one has sign available for fee,see Concierge.

This time, November, we were in RS for B2B.

When checking out cabanas, all three had signs available for fee .

Concierge confirmed that all three could be reserved by other guests unless we let him which days we want to use a cabana.

“ which days this week do you want cabana.?”   “All of them, please.”

I guess on Port days, if going on excursion, they can to sell it to someone staying onboard.

He penciled us into reservation sheet each day. Had to do the same for the next week.

RS does not get a cabana on OC. That will run you about $500 extra.

if you have family or group of friends, that would be an option for OC.

I will say the same on my Meraviglia cruise. 👍

Good pt. We’ve seen same problem, smoking in non smoking area…

did you report it to have them move to the other side of the glass wall?

Thank you all for your responses.

First thing I'll do after boarding is talk to the Concierge about reserving a cabana for the entire cruise.  Became addicted to them on our last Meraviglia cruise.

I think you are right.  Luckily we didn't run into them at dinner.

No.  The group seemed to think they owned the place and it would only put staff in awkward spot.

So they continue to raise prices and reduce benefits?

Following NCL model 😁

3 hours ago, dexddd said: So they continue to raise prices and reduce benefits?

I think it’s still a cabana per Royal

If royal are unoccupied they are rented which seems a good use since there is only 1 that’s not a RS cabana

What is the fee?

Well, they did apparently hire a VP from NCL.

They acted like they were MSC exec’s. Not sure how they can useMSC logo for their business. They set up 3rd cabana as a business office. Smoked cigars and played loud music.  Unpleasant individuals, ordered entire YC staff around including YC Director.

Oh, yes!  What a nightmare!  Lisa Yates of YC Travel!  As a TA for MSC's YC, she should know better.

MSC Cruise's Newest Ship Will Offer Largest and Latest MSC Yacht Club

M SC Cruises is launching its largest and most luxurious ship in April 2025 complete with the cruise line's most expansive onboard MSC Yacht Club.

The ship, MSC World America, (which will have its naming ceremony in Miami on April 9 ) features re-imagined venues and concepts created specifically with the U.S. market in mind, as well as seven unique districts for guests to explore.

And in its latest announcement today, the cruise line revealed that among the ship’s seven districts is the MSC Yacht Club. This exclusive area will provide a secluded sanctuary available to guests who stay in one of MSC World America’s 152 luxe suites.

MSC says the area will provide a “ship-within-a-ship concept” that offers “unparalleled personalized service and exclusive spaces for the discerning traveler."

“MSC World America will take our MSC Yacht Club product to new heights as the largest MSC Yacht Club in the North American market,” Cristian Comirla, MSC’s brand performance director for MSC Yacht Club, said in a statement.

The Yacht Club will offer “exclusive amenities, top-notch service and luxurious benefits,” Comirla added. “MSC Yacht Club offers a tranquil holiday for guests who prefer to have a more relaxing and secluded cruise experience, yet still have access to the excitement of the ship’s entertainment, specialty dining and other amenities.”

Yacht Club guests on MSC World America will also have access to Ocean House at Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, an island retreat experience that has also been designed to provide elevated vacationing. The getaway, located in the Bahamas, features a private beach and restaurant and personalized service for guests.

Highlights of the MSC Yacht Club on MSC Cruise's latest ship include:

Expansive sundeck: Guests will find room to relax and take in sea views in this outdoor space spanning two decks. The lower deck will feature a bar and grill with an expanded seating area where guests can grab a bite to eat for breakfast and lunch, or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset.

The upper deck is a private area for lounging by the pool, taking a dip in the whirlpool or unwinding in a private cabana.

In addition, for the first time, MSC Yacht Club guests aboard MSC World America will be able to table service from the nearby bar and grill throughout the full sundeck area

  • Multi-room Owner Suites: Ultra-luxurious Owner Suites include a beautifully-decorated bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and bathrooms featuring a full-sized imperial bathtub. A separate living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows opens onto a private terrace complete with a hot tub and an al fresco dining area

Duplex Suites: MSC World America’s MSC Yacht Club will contain duplex suites spanning two decks that can accommodate families or larger groups traveling together.

On the lower deck, the dining and living areas offer space for relaxation with the added convenience of a guest bathroom. Upstairs, the main bedroom comes complete with its own bathroom.

The suites also offer plenty of outdoor space for lounging and sunbathing with some suites even boasting a two-level private sundecks and a private whirlpool.
