Die Scholtz 22 Yachten werden genau wie die Yacht "SUDAR" von der "STYLE JACHT" Werft in Ungarn gebaut. Der Konstrukteur und Namensgeber Imre Scholtz verfügt über eine 30 jährige Erfahrung im Bootsbau. Scholtz 22 Yachten werden in 3 Varianten hergestellt und zwar als Racing Yacht, Touring Yacht und  Day Sailer.

Durch Verwendung hochwertiger Materialien sind die Boote bei niedrigem Gewicht äußerst widerstands-fähig und sehr schnell. Deck und Rumpf sind aus GFK in COREMAT-Sandwichbauweise unter Verwendung von Biaxal-Gewebe gefertigt. Alle 3 Varianten sind leicht zu trailern und bei Wahl eines variablen Kiels ohne Probleme zu slippen. Für den Antrieb ohne Segel können Außenbordmotore wie auch Elektroantriebe angeboten werden.

D ie Scholtz 22 Yachten werden in 3 Modellen gefertigt:

Racing , Day Sailer und Touring. Die Außenmaße der Yachten sind gleich. Sie unterscheiden sich jedoch durch die Ausrüstungen und Segelflächen.

Die "Yacht", eine der bekanntesten Segelzeitschriften schreibt auszugsweise in einem früheren Testbericht: Extravagantes aus Budapest Nur wer sich im Westen behaupten kann, wird Erfolge erfahren. Dieses Rezept ist auch in der ungarischen Style-Yachtwerft bekannt. Yacht-Bewertung Die Scholtz 22 aus Budapest segelt ausgezeichnet, liegt gut auf dem Ruder, hat ein großes Arbeitscockpit und eine unverkennbare frische Optik. Sie hat einen variablen Tiefgang, gute Beschläge und ist unsinkbar. Die Verarbeitung kann mit westlichen GFK Produkten durchaus mithalten. Der Preis ist angemessen. Regattaerfolge bleiben bei dieser Konstruktion nicht aus, was gute Platzierungen bereits belegen.

In der Ausgabe der "Yacht" vom 19.03.2008 schreibt die "Yacht" zum Test der Scholtz 22 Touring unter anderem folgendes:

Das Ruderblatt ist aufholbar, im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Konstruktionen aber nicht schwenkbar gelagert, sondern als Steckruder ausgeführt. Kein Klappern, kein Wackeln. Überhaupt funktioniert alles an Bord reibungslos. Das liegt zum einen an den hochwertigen Komponenten, unter anderem von Ronstan, Andersen und Z-Spars.

In einem weiteren Absatz: Trotz ihres gutmütig wirkenden Äußeren ist die Scholtz 22 Touring ziemlich flott unterwegs, ein Wolf im Schafspelz.

Weiterer Absatz: Für vier Segler gibt es ausreichend lange Kojen, unter dem Vorschiffsdreieck ist Platz für ein Chemie WC, Auf Booten dieser Größe eine sinnvolle Lösung. Wird ein Hubkiel geordert, geht es allerdings eng zu. Dann zerschneiden eine Talje mit Stütze  sowie ein Rumpfdurchbruch den kleinen Salon.

Ein rasantes Sportboot (gemeint ist die geteste Scholtz 22 Racing), das bei 15 Knoten Wind zu gleiten beginnt, in einen fahrtentauglichen Kleinkreuzer zu verwandeln, geht nicht immer gut. Bei der Scholtz 22 Touring ist dies aber tadellos gelungen. Und: Auch preislich braucht sie den Vergleich mit der Konkurrenz nicht zu scheuen.

Liebe Segler, Interessierte und Leser,

leider war die Saison 2023aus familiären Gründen nicht so, wie ich es erhofft hatte. Dementsprechend wenig gab es zu berichten.

2024 wollen wir wieder angreifen - mit unserer mixed Crew aus Venezuela, UK und vielleicht auch aus Dänemark - ich arbeite an weiteren "Verpflichtungen - es bleibt bunt und multi-kulti auf Felino !

Aus dem Innenleben der Scholtz 22: die 3 Sicherheitskammern

Die Scholtz 22 verfügt über 3 abgeschlossene Kammern, die im Falle einer Rumpfbeschädigung oder bei Wasseraufnahme eine Sicherheit gegen Sinken bieten. Eine Kammer ist im Bugbereich, zwei weitere Kammern befinden sich Backbord und Steuerbord unter den seitlichen Liegeflächen.

Zur jährlichen Wartung empfiehlt sich Prüfung der Kammern. Wie bei unseren Fotos ist das mittels Handy einfach zu bewerkstelliugen.

Sailing yacht Scholtz 22 - Maya was built in 2003, (renovated in 2008,) and it is docked in Alsóörs Marina, Hungary.

Maya can accommodate up to 4 people in and a saloon with 4 extra beds. Pillows and blankets are included in the price.

Germany’s AfD bans top candidate from EU poll events over Nazi comments

Maximilian Krah recently said Nazi SS members ‘not all criminals’, prompting French far-right allies to shun party.

The far-right Alternative for Germany (AfD) party has banned Maximilian Krah, its leading candidate in European elections, from further campaign activities after his comments that members of the SS (Schutzstaffel), the paramilitary wing of the Nazi party, were “not all criminals”.

A party spokesman confirmed on Wednesday that the AfD ’s federal steering committee had banned the politician from making public appearances before elections for the European Parliament , scheduled for June 6-9.

Krah had told Italian newspaper La Repubblica last weekend: “I will never say that everyone who wore an SS uniform was automatically a criminal.”

Posting on X on Wednesday, Krah said his statements were being “misused as a pretext to harm our party”, declaring that he would refrain from further election campaign appearances and would resign as a member of the party’s steering committee.

Marine Le Pen, the leader of France’s far-right National Rally , said her party needed to make a “clean break” with the AfD, suggesting it had become too toxic an ally ahead of the elections.

“Now it’s no longer time to distance ourselves – it’s time to make a clean break with this movement,” Le Pen told Europe 1 radio. “The AfD goes from provocation to provocation.”

Deepening crisis

The split comes after the AfD, which had become Germany’s second most popular party before local and European elections this year, has come under intense scrutiny over its policies and allegations that it harbours agents for Russia and China.

Krah found himself at the centre of the crisis after one of his aides in the European Parliament was arrested on suspicion of spying for China .

Krah and another AfD candidate for the European Union elections, Petr Bystron, have also denied allegations they accepted money to spread pro-Russian positions on a Moscow-financed news website.

German prosecutors have launched a preliminary investigation against Krah over reports of suspicious payments received from China and Russia.

Last week, a German court ruled that domestic security services could continue to keep the AfD under surveillance as a potentially “extremist” party.

Polls suggest that nationalist and eurosceptic parties will win a record number of votes in June.

Voters are expected to punish mainstream parties over high inflation, immigration policy, and inadequate housing and healthcare.
