Most of our yachts depart from Miami Beach Marina in South Beach. We have other yachts that depart from different marinas in south beach. We also have some options that leave from downtown Miami.

Yes, you must bring the card that you used to pay for the yacht rental and you must bring a photo ID that matches the credit card used to book the yacht rental. The photo ID must also clearly match the individual presenting the ID and credit card.

Miami Blue Yacht Rental does not allow for cancellations under any circumstances within 30 days of the departure of your trip. Cancellations made between 90 days and 30 days of your trip’s departure are subject to a 50% refund of the total cost of your charter. Cancellations made prior to 90 days of your trip departure will receive a full refund.

The cancellation policy above applies only to day trips. Any overnight charters will follow a separate cancellation policy that will be outlined in the charter contract between Miami Blue Yacht Rental and the client.

Miami Blue Yacht Rental will cancel charters if there is inclement weather preventing us from conducting the trip. In the event of inclement weather, we will issue a credit that is valid for 3 years after the initial charter departure date. That credit can be used towards a future charter with Miami Blue Yacht Rental.

Miami Blue Yacht Rental reserves the right to determine whether or not the weather permits us from conducting the charter.

For almost all of our Miami yachts we can only take a maximum of 12 guests due to United States Coast Guard regulations. Even if the boat you rented is over 100ft, it can only take a maximum of 12 passengers. The only Miami charter yachts that can take more than 12 passengers are event or party yachts with special certifications.

To rent a yacht with Miami Blue, the individual making payment and signing the charter contract must be at least 18 years of age. Customers are required to submit full payment up front to reserve a yacht or boat. If the departure date is more than 90 days away, customers are allowed to rent a boat or yacht with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be charged 90 days before the trip departs.

On the day of the charter, the individual who made the payment and signed the contract is required to be on board the vessel. That individual must arrive at the vessel with the credit card they used to book the boat or yacht, and they must arrive with a photo ID that matches the name on the credit card used to book the charter.

Yes, you can bring whatever food, drinks, or alcohol you’d like. We just ask that you don’t bring red wine because it stains the boats. You can also arrange to have your charter catered. We will connect you with one of our preferred partners who will handle all of the catering. In most cases, you can have the catering delivered to the yacht prior to your trip. That way everything is setup and ready to go when you arrive.

Yes. You are free to switch to a different yacht or boat if you give us at least 48 hours’ notice and the alternative yacht or boat is available on the date requested. If there is an additional cost of the new yacht, you would simply need to pay the additional balance for the upgraded vessel.

Yes, you can have your yacht rental catered. We can connect you with local caterers who can deliver food to the boat prior to the charter. You are also free to arrange food with your own caterer and bring it with you on the charter.

Smoking rules vary depending on which Miami yacht you book. Most of our yachts allow for vaping and electronic cigarettes on any part of the yacht that is not enclosed. Some of our yachts allow for smoking but only in specific areas on the yacht. Usually somewhere off the back of the yacht so that the smoke and ash does not get on the yacht.

The number of bedrooms on your Miami yacht tour will depend on the type and size of the yacht you book. All of our Miami yacht charter listings have information on the number of beds and the number of staterooms for each yacht. If you have any questions about the number of bedrooms on your Miami Yacht rental, feel free to call our office at 954-299-5455.

What’s included on your Miami yacht tour will depend on which yacht you book. Each of our yacht your listings state the water toys and floats that are included. If you are looking to add additional water toys to your Miami yacht rental feel to call one of our agents and see what additional water toys we have available.

• Balloons are not allowed on board on of our yacht or boat rentals. Balloons can cause issues and make it difficult for the crew to navigate. Additionally, if the balloons pop and fall into the water they are terrible for the environment. • Self-tanning oils and bronzers are not allowed onboard. The cause stains on the yacht’s upholstery that are very difficult to remove. • Please avoid wearing denim or jean clothing as the dyes from these clothes can stain the upholstery when they get wet. • Please do not wear any temporary hair dye or wigs. The ink seeps out due to the moisture and the humidity and can cause bad stains. • Please avoid bringing wed wine or other similar drinks. If they spill they can cause stains that are extremely difficult to clean and remove. • No Hookah, shisha, or other items that have an open flame such as BBQ equipment, gas, propane, coals, etc. • We do not allow glitter or confetti on our yacht charters. • No pets are allowed on board our yachts. • Any damage that is caused to the yacht upholstery, flooring, or other surfaces caused by beverages, smoking, or dye from wet clothing will incur additional charges for the repair and damages to be fixed.

Our captains and crew know all of the best spots to go and all of the best sights to see out on the water. This was my first time renting a boat in Miami and I’m sooo happy I found Myke to work with. This company is phenomenal and made the process of booking a luxury yacht charter so easy. Vanessa helped me plan my 40 th  birthday celebration. It was a truly unforgettable experience.  I booked a 150’ yacht in The Bahamas. During my trip, we explored the Exumas. Each day was better than the day before!  My favorite part of the trip was swimming with the nurse sharks at Compass Cay. The captain and crew were also incredible. They were extremely professional and friendly. I never had a chance to even ask for anything, they were on top of everything!  I recommend using this company for your next yacht charter.

This was the highlight of our bachelorette trip! This is so worth doing with a group, the captain we chose was Jairo, and he killed it. Was so informative, knew all the best spots, great photographer and very nice. Will definitely do this again the next time we are in Miami!

Had the best time on board with Captain Marcel and Marcel x2! They were super courteous,caring, and attentive. They really made the experience personalized to what we wanted and we all appreciated it! Truly could have not asked for a better experience with them. Book them!

Everything from the timely communication with Frank to our arrival and departure went amazingly smooth! Frank answered all my questions and our mate Roberto was very helpful when we were trying to find our way to the dock. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful. The boat was clean, spacious, and the trip was relaxing .. just what my family needed! Can’t wait to use this crew again when we come back to visit!

Our group of 6 had plenty of space on the boat with our awesome captain, captain Jairo. We loved the good value of our 4 hour excursion, we felt safe and had a lot of fun on the boat, and were given options on what we would like to see/do. Communication with Frank was easy and everything went as planned. Would recommend!

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. if there are any extensive setup or special requests made, it is advisable to arrive earlier, to ensure you leave on time., how can i choose the right yacht for me, we have different sizes of yachts you can choose from. decide which type of yacht you desire. you can contact our charter specialist hotline on +1 929 569 6081 to request a booking, receive yacht chartering advice and any current special deals., can i bring my own food or drink, you are most welcome to bring your own food and beverages, however we can also arrange it for you if you will inform our executive at the time of booking., will i be reminded before the charter, it is our privilege to send you a gentle reminder a day prior to the event with our on sight representative along with useful additional reminders with location and ids to be carried., should i do any advance booking, booking in advance is always ideal. during the peak season from november to march, we recommend that you book ahead at least 3 to 4 weeks before your trip. let us know all your requirements so we can prepare a great trip for you., payment methodes, we offer a variety of payment methods. we accept cash, crypto and the majority of credit cards such as visa, mastercard and american express..

Yacht rental faq’s.

Reservations are confirmed, with an advanced payment to secure the booking of the yacht you want to rent. The yacht type and the destination determines the advance payment done at the time of booking. Its generally the half of the total Yacht cost, in other cases it can be an initial payment to confirm the reservation paying an advanced deposit of at least $ 500USD. All prices are quoted in US Dollars and paying with local currency the prices are calculated based on the price of the local currency in Dollars which is quoted on the day of the payments.

Passenger capacity varies from vessel to vessel. Non-certified Yacht can accommodate up to 13 passengers, regardless of the size. The party vessel which are suited for larger groups and dinner cruises are U.S. Coast Guard certified, which determines their capacity. The capacity for each yacht is listed within the specifications table on all vessel pages.

You can pay with many different forms, Cash, Credit Card, Check, Wire Transfer. Payment must be made 48 hours before charter commences.

Yes, we will email you a few menus from restaurants and Gourmet Market for you to browse and circle what you want to order; we will take care of the rest for you. A fee may apply.

Yes, you are allowed, it’s your charter for the day so you may bring whatever you want, we will help you get setup.

Cancellation by charterer (you) for any reason must be received forty-eight (48) Hours prior to the scheduled departure date; otherwise we may assess a thirty (30%) percent of the charter hire agreement as liquidated damages. However, that if we are able to rebook the yacht for all or part of the charter period, we shall refund to Charterer any amount by which the sums received from Charterer (less a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total charter hire and all expenses incurred in arranging the rebooking) and the charter hire received from the substitute charterer for the rebooked dates exceed, in aggregate, the charter hire payable hereunder. If we must cancel, monies paid shall be refunded in full by us to the Charterer.

Smoking is not allowed inside the Yacht only on the Aft platform of Yacht

Yes, we can show you Yacht Encore we are Located at Island Gardens Marina right Behind restaurant called “The Deck”  

Yes, we will call a company to do a rendezvous (deliver & pickup) to your charter wherever you are at the moment. You may rent it by the hour. Renting of a jet ski or any type of watercraft is solely possible when chartering one of our yachts. Keep in mind our vessels have jet ski included on the yacht.

Yes, our yacht is insured by owner and our company also carries liability insurance. Owner shall keep the Yacht fully insured for the full term of the charter period. Owner’s insurance policy, however, does not cover Charterer’s protection and indemnity during the term of the charter, and Charterer can take the charge of the coverages if they want. Charterers should not go beyond the owner’s insurance policy. including, without limitation, the navigational limits it imposes.

Once you confirm your reservation, your broker will process your payment.

• If you are booking for a single day and your reservation is confirmed more than 7 days in advance, a deposit of either $1,000 USD or 50% of the total cost of the reservation (whichever is greater) is processed immediately in order to hold the yacht. Once your embarkation date is 7 days away, the remainder of the amount due is processed.
• If you are booking for a single day and your reservation is made 7 days or less in advance, the total price of your reservation is processed immediately.
• If you are booking for a multi-day charter and your reservation is confirmed more than 30 days in advance, a deposit of 50% of the cost of the yacht is processed immediately in order to hold the yacht. Once your embarkation date is 30 days away, the other 50% is collected for the price of the yacht, plus the APA, plus the taxes due.

Terms of refunds are dictated by the Charter Agreement. Generally, once a payment is collected, it is non-refundable. In certain circumstances, as dictated by the Charter Agreement, credits can be provided so you will be able to enjoy your yacht charter at a future date that is convenient for you.

Woman dies after falling overboard from a boat and into the Miami River, reports say

A woman has died after falling off a boat and into the Miami River on Sunday afternoon, according to reports.

Authorities received a report of the fall shortly after 4 p.m. and sent Miami Police Marine Patrol units to 485 Brickell Avenue in Brickell, spokesperson Kiara Delva told the Miami Herald.

Upon arrival, the marine patrol crews spotted the woman, who was seen in cell phone video obtained by Only in Dade getting pulled out of the water. She was then taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Fernando Veliz told NBC 6 that he and his girlfriend were on a personal watercraft in the Miami River when they noticed people on a boat screaming.

“When we get around the boat, we see that it’s actually a person,” Veliz said. “I realize and I was like, she’s actually drowning. and I took my vest off and I tried to jump in there to get her.”

Veliz said he wasn’t able to reach the woman.

“I know that I did what I could, but I wish, of course, I could have been a little bit faster and maybe we would be having a different type of discussion right now,” he said.

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s investigation, including the circumstances that led to her going overboard, is ongoing.

Sunday’s incident comes weeks after the body of a California man, Abraham Mgowana, was found in the Miami River. Mgowana, 35, of Berkeley, fell from a charter yacht Feb. 24.

Passenger hospitalized after falling off charter boat on Miami River

MIAMI (WSVN) - First responders worked to save a person’s life after, officials said, they fell off a charter boat and into the Miami River.

Cellphone video captured City of Miami Fire Rescue crews pulling the victim out of the water, Sunday afternoon.

“The area where this all took place is right as you’re approaching the Brickell Bridge,” said Miami Fire Rescue Capt. Ignatius Carroll. “Obviously, since it’s St. Patrick’s Day, they had a lot of boating traffic.”

Officials said the incident happened at around 3:30 p.m. A group of people on the charter boat called 911 after they saw one of their passengers go overboard.

“She said that she saw [the passenger] fall over, and as they attempted to turn the boat around, they saw another boat that may have struck [the passenger],” said Carroll.

When paramedics arrived, officials said, witnesses pointed out where the passenger, who 7News has learned is in their mid-20s, fell.

Although the water was deep, rescue divers were able to find the person quickly and pull them out.

More cellphone video shows first responders immediately starting CPR.

Paramedics transported the victim to Ryder Trauma Center in extremely critical condition.

As of late Sunday night, it’s unknown whether or not anyone will face any charges.

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is investigating the incident.
