Like its smaller sisters, the Linssen Grand Sturdy 40.0 yacht is available in an AC variant (with an aft cabin) and a Sedan variant (with an open, self-draining cockpit). The easily recognisable, slim profile is consistently carried through into the new, elegant designs. The Linssen Grand Sturdy 40.0 motoryacht is 12.85 × 4.30 m, making it a high-volume vessel with a full, wide forward compartment. The generously proportioned layout of the Linssen 40 ft segment is unprecedented. You notice these generous proportions as soon as you enter the saloon. The saloon and kitchen are situated on the same level, with only one step between the saloon and the kitchen compartment, allowing the cook and the guests to enjoy life on board together. Practical, efficiently positioned drawers, cupboards, etc. make life on board very convenient.

The Linssen Grand Sturdy 40.0 AC is a high-volume vessel with a full, wide forward compartment. The generously proportioned layout of the Linssen 40.0 series, including the 40.0 SE Sedan is unprecedented.

The AC version of the Grand Sturdy 40.0 has a fore and aft cabin with a double bed. There is also a twin-bedded side cabin. Six people can sleep comfortably on board. The fore cabin has a toilet, a separate shower and various cupboards. The aft cabin has a spacious cupboard on the port side.

In addition, in both AC and the Sedan models, the Easy Sleep Convert System makes it possible to create two extra sleeping berths by converting the saloon settee into a double bed.

What the level deck is for the 40.0 SE Sedan, the raised aft deck (above the aft cabin) is for the 40.0 AC. The decks have comfortable benches and integrated deck boxes for storage. The bulwark includes a central stern door that provides access to the swimming platform with deck shower. On board the 40.0 AC, the helmsman’s position is on the upper deck in the open air. For extra protection, its folding canopy roof can be closed from behind by means of a removable section.

Linssen Easysleep Feature

AC Aft Cabin and SE Sedan Linssen motor yacht types are equipped with the EASY SLEEP CONVERT SYSTEM. This system enables you to convert the saloon settee seat into a full-size double bed in no time at all. By simply removing the saloon table and cushions, you can pull the settee out, and a slatted base appears automatically. Replace the cushions again to create a comfortable bed for two people.

Grand Sturdy 40AC and 40SE

Grand sturdy 45ac and 45se, excellent sailing characteristics.

The 40.0 AC and 40.0 SE are are stable and easily manoeuvrable motor yachts on which you can cruise many of the inland waterways, rivers, canals and lakes of Europe. They are also CE rated as ‘B’ – built to navigate on the offshore waters (200 miles and less) and can sustain wind conditions up to force 8 and wave conditions up to 4 metres high.

Cruising characteristics can simply be described as extraordinary. The Linssen special single-chine hull shape gives the yacht excellent stability and thanks to a combination of the new shape of the boat below the waterline, keel shape, rudder shape and rudder balance ratio, the boat also handles well in reverse, even against the direction of rotation of the propeller.

Linssen CCH Compartment Controlled Heating Feature

Most boats include a heating system; at many times of the year this is a necessity. There are many types, none of them completely satisfactory, and Linssen have talked to customers, analysed their experiences, and set some critical performance and specification requirements.

The result is the digitally controlled Linssen CCH heating system, available on 12m boats and above. Each space (compartment) in the boat has its own heat source, with two thermostats – for public spaces and for private cabins and facilities – on timers.

The heat source (diesel and battery powered) is efficient and very quiet. The system is reliable and easy to service, with low maintenance costs, and demoisturises to reduce condensation. The Linssen CCH heating system guarantees a quiet, efficient, powerful, low-energy and user-friendly experience.

Linssen ICCESS- Integrated CAN-bus Controlled Electric Supply System

Like modern automobiles and trucks, ship and boat-building is increasingly using CAN-bus (Controller Area Network) systems. This allows electronic devices to communicate with each other without the need for a separate cable for each communication flow. It’s a great idea and provides users with exceptionally fast, accurate and comprehensive information, to set operational parameters and control performance.

With long experience, Linssen have modified CAN-bus exploit its advantages (for example, a vast reduction in complicated, difficult to repair cabling) whilst reducing unnecessary over-sophistication such that any technician, even without CAN-bus experience, can fault-find, repair and maintain.

The new Mrs. Jones is an excellent choice! A brand-new Linssen 40.0 SL AC from the Sport Luxury line of Linssen Yachts.  

This luxurious and spacious Linssen 40.0 SL AC guarantees a wonderful sailing holiday.

The Linssen GS 40.0 SL AC is a spacious yacht with two equal-sized cabins, each with a double bed, two bathrooms and two electric toilets.

In addition, this type of yacht has a spacious third cabin with two single beds and plenty of cupboard space.

The elegantly light exterior is very recognisable due to the all-round rubber tube, which gives this motor yacht an extra powerful and sturdy appearance.

The interior is characterised by a sophisticated layout made from fresh, light materials, such as Corian tops and leather in a light, tasteful colour scheme. Opposite the kitchen is a beautiful dining area (dinette) with lots of light. A Nespresso coffee machine is available on board.

The saloon is very spacious and light and offers plenty of room for 6 people. The saloon has a television with Apple TV receiver.

The aft deck is finished in real teak, which gives the yacht its luxurious nautical allure.

On deck, there is ample seating on the fixed couch with fine cushions and the aft deck can be completely closed off around the couch with an extra large convertible tent. The aft deck can be heated so that you can sit outside comfortably until late in the evening.

Incidentally, the cabrio can be partly removed in summer weather. The Linssen GS 40.0 SL AC is equipped with a very complete navigation package.
