We are looking for an experienced Chief Engineer to join an 80m M/Y.

Exciting worldwide itinerary on the cards with plenty of charters already locked in for 2025.

Engineering team of 5 onboard.

Chief Engineer Unlimited license is essential for this role.

Due to the incredibly busy schedule, you will need to have 3 years + previous Chief Engineer experience on yachts.

Fantastic longevity amongst the HODs on board.

Own cabin with private office attached.

This is a hands-on position, and you will be required to get stuck in with day-to-day jobs. A strong commercial background will be preferred.

On offer is a salary up to €12K, a very generous longevity bonus and an even split of charter tips.

Head Chef – Private Villa – Temp But Could Go Permanent

Private Chef needed to join a villa in Europe, with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. 

We are looking for a Chef with an excellent background in private cheffing who wishes to be land-based. This role will be based in Spain to begin with so you must have the rights to work shore-side in Europe. Please do not apply if this is not the case.  

– The family are UHNWs so there is a possibility for lots of opportunity within the wider staffing. This position will start off as a temp project for about a month, but there could be a possibility for it to go permanent for the right candidate, what that role looks like will be a discussion to have with the team if things go well. 

– Must have a few years of experience working as a private Chef either on yachts or within households. Ideally you will also have a strong restaurant background. 

– Responsibilities will include daily service for the principals as well as maintenance of the kitchen – you must show initiative and keep the area clean, well stocked and running smoothly. 

– There is a large kitchen to work in, you will also have a Sous Chef who is already on site. 

– When it comes to the guest’s preferences, they are looking for a Chef who has a good knowledge of Japanese and Asian cuisine. They love Nobu style food so someone who can create similar dishes and flavours would be great. 

– Service style will depend, in general the principal likes things to be well presented but focuses more on the flavour. Things being ‘fancy’ is less important. 

– Salary is very competitive, it will depend on experience but could be up to €10,000 a month.   

– Ideally you will be available asap as they would like someone to join sooner rather than later. 

– This will be a live-in role, you will have accommodation provided within the property.  

Sole Chef – 28m Private M/Y – Spain Based Vessel

Galley / Permanent

We are looking for a Sole Chef to join a 28m private yacht in Spain ideally as soon as possible. 

This is a seasonal position for the summer (most likely ending in October) with the potential to be permanent for the right candidate.  

-You will be required to cook onboard the yacht for the summer months as well as potentially in the owner's home as they live by and could be offered to cook at the owners residences during the winter months too, if desired. This said, it can be a seasonal position only. 

-Experienced yacht owner who uses the yacht for himself and his family over the summer months. 

-The yacht operates with 4 crew in total. Captain, Deckhand/Engineer, Chef & Stew. The Deckhand/Engineer is currently on the yacht and this will be his 3rd season with the program. You will be sharing a cabin with the Stew. 

-The owners enjoy fresh, healthy Med style cuisine. They enjoy simpler styles of food so are by no means expecting Michelin star meals! They tend to eat healthy salads, pastas, grains and proteins. The crew food should reflect this also. 

-The owner has been using the vessel fairly frequently as it has been moored near their home, with a least a little day trip down to the vessel most days.

-The salary on offer is €5,000 -/+ depending on experience.

-Ideally you will be able to start within the next week or so. 

Head Chef – 60m + Motor Yacht – Busy Charter

We have a 60m+ Private/Charter dual-season motor yacht currently looking for a rotational Head Chef to join them by the start of October. 

-Lovely boat with nice longevity from the HODs onboard. Incredibly supportive captains who prioritise crew culture and wellbeing. 

-The yacht operates a dual-season private/charter program and has prehistorically done very well with charters. There are equal split of charter tips for the crew. 

-The galley runs with 2 chefs. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the galley, all guest food as well as managing the Sous Chef to ensure a good quality of crew food. 

– There is a very strong crew culture onboard, with a close-knit team. There are 16 crew in total who are all fairly sport and active. They are looking for someone health focused, who is passionate about serving up nutritious, healthy food options for the crew. 

– They are looking for an Head Chef who ideally has charter experience, you could be newer to the Head Chef position but will have a strong restaurant background as well. 

– Start date will ideally be around the end of September/start of October. 

– Salary is €7,500 +.

– Better than industry standard medical insurance. 

– Time for time leave, based around 2:2 rotation. 

– You would be joining the vessel in the Med, and they will then be heading over to the Caribbean for the winter. 

Head Chef – 70m+ Motor Yacht – Unique Fleet

Head Chef required to work on a 70 metre + M/Y vessel within a unique private fleet. 

-We are looking for a Head Chef to join within the next week or so, the program has a really interesting itinerary and will go off of the beaten track to some amazing locations. 

-We are looking for an established Chef that have fantastic land-based (Michelin ideally) experience as well as some yacht experience to join. A very high-end restaurant background is highly desirable.  

-The yacht is looking for someone flexible, adaptable and with no ego! The yacht has a slightly unusual set up so we need candidates to be flexible with the overall goal of working as a solid team to produce the best food possible for the guests. 

-You will work within a larger fleet team, sometimes with 2 or 3 Head Chefs in the galley. 

-World cruising and offering 2:2 rotation, you may be required to work/cook on different yachts in the fleet if needed – whilst sticking to your 2:2. 

-Excellent opportunity to be creative with the owners enjoying many things from tasting menus to themed nights.

-Incredible package and salary on offer – this will be depending on experience as they are open to either looking at an established Head Chef or perhaps someone who is newer to the role. This said, it is very competitive and can be discussed at interview stage.

Are you passionate about maintaining luxury standards and have experience working in high-end environments? We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Housekeeper to join a prestigious estate located in the picturesque Cotswolds, near Burford.

The Principals, who have previously chartered 50-60 metre sailing yachts, are looking to replicate the super yachting standards they value so highly. As part of a well-established housekeeping team, you’ll work under the guidance of the Head of Housekeeping (HOH), who will manage the team and rota.

• Ensure the general upkeep and pristine cleanliness of the estate.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to maintain high standards throughout the property.
• Use your knowledge of luxury materials to care for and clean surfaces with the appropriate products.
• Uphold the super yachting standard of service that our Principals would ideally like.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience working on larger estates or in high-end hotels.
• Luxury Material Knowledge: Familiarity with luxury materials and the correct cleaning products to use.

Villa Co-Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Villa Co-Manager to join our team at an exclusive waterfront estate in French Polynesia. This stunning property features 10 self-contained bedrooms, a pool, tennis court, volleyball court, salon, spa, and much more!

About the Estate:

• Principal Use: The villa is used by the principal for relaxation three times a year, each visit lasting one month. The property is not used for parties.
• Rental: The estate is rented to private clients 3-4 times a year with bookings made well in advance.
• Developments: Currently, a theatre and recording studio are under construction.
• Staffing: Approximately 11 staff members when guests are in residence, including chefs, housekeepers, gardeners, an assistant manager, and an activities manager. The team reduces to 8 staff when the estate is not occupied.

Role Overview:

As a Villa Co-Manager, you will work alongside an experienced local Co-Manager who is enthusiastic about welcoming additional support. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the estate’s day-to-day operations, including planned maintenance and contractor coordination.

We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join our clients Yacht Management department in Palm Beach.

Job Purpose: The primary purpose of this role is to support yacht owners and crew in maintaining and operating managed yachts effectively. You will ensure that these yachts are kept in optimal condition, maintained in class, reliable, ready for use when required, and compliant with all applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities: As a Technical Manager, you will provide technical oversight, guidance, and support to yacht managers for a designated fleet of vessels. Your responsibilities will include:

• Technical management according to the provisions of the Yacht Management Agreement.
• Ensuring machinery and engineering systems comply with the Company’s Safety Management System and the ISM Code (where applicable).
• Reviewing monthly maintenance reports and following up as needed.
• Assessing defect reports and providing guidance for rectification, including Flag or Class notification requirements.
• Conducting periodic yacht visits, preparing technical inspection reports, and following up on identified issues.
• Developing a long-term (5-year) plan for major works on each yacht.
• Assisting with the initial assessment of potential insurance claims, including investigation and evaluation of damage.
• Supporting routine dry dockings and maintenance periods by:

Sous Chef – 60m + Motor Yacht – Busy Charter Vessel

We have a 60m+ Private/Charter dual-season motor yacht currently looking for a Sous Chef to join them by the start of October. 

Lovely boat with nice longevity from the HODs onboard. Incredibly supportive captains who prioritise crew culture and wellbeing. 

The yacht operates a dual-season private/charter program and has prehistorically done very well with charters. There are equal split of charter tips for the crew. 

The galley runs with 2 chefs. You will be responsible for crew food and as much guest food assistance as the Head Chefs see suitable. 

There is a very strong crew culture onboard, with a close-knit team. There are 16 crew in total who are all fairly sport and active. They are looking for someone health focused, who is passionate about serving up nutritious, healthy food options for the crew. 

They are looking for an ambitious Chef to come in, who is eager to learn and grow! You could be slightly newer to the world of yachting but must have some experience as well as a background in restaurants. 

Start date will ideally be around the end of September/start of October. 

Salary is €4,500. 

90 days of leave on offer to be taken outside of the summer and winter season. Up to 3 return flights included per year.

We are looking for top talent to join us on this journey of exploring new horizons together. What is EV Lab Our team has amassed significant knowledge in the sectors of sustainability and mobility. From having worked in the solar industry to the exclusive electric Hypercar sector, EV Lab is well equipped to deliver on its mission to enable a transport system that is 100% sustainable. What will you be Doing As an advocate of sustainable mobility, an Electric Vehicles enthusiast and a Marine life admirer, you will pull off your sales skills to market and generate sales on fully electric and solar powered Yachts. You will invest in your extensive product knowledge, elite communication and negotiation skills to understand clients needs and give informed advice. You are always up to date with the latest boat shows, trade shows and other relevant events. - Rapidly gain in-depth knowledge and expertise of Brand's technicalities and features. - Generate leads and communicate with prospects to capture interest. - Prospect database, following up with and converting leads into sales. - Optimize prospects, following up on all leads and converting to contracts. - Exceed sales and margin objectives. - Conduct the entire sales process from initial contact to closing. - Develop a strong relationship with the Brand Sales Manager. - Assist in the development and execution of a marketing plan in collaboration with the EV Lab Marketing Manager. - Be an active participant in monitoring social media yachts. - Attend boat shows, trade shows and other events. - Coordinate showing boats and visits of your clients and sea trials as needed. - Travel to bases or other offices from time to time as may be required. - Handle all inquiries in a professional manner. - Ensure all transactions are subject to a signed approval sheet by CEO or Sales Managers. - Attend periodic sales meetings via telephone or MS Teams and attend all training designated by Yacht Brands. - Follow Company's and department's procedures and policies.

Requirements:

What you'll need to succeed - 2-3 years of professional sales experience in Marine industry - Holder of a Nautical License is a plus - Able to work a flexible schedule including late nights to reach prospects in different time zones. - Fluent in Arabic & English; other languages are a plus. - Well-presented and well-spoken - Good interpersonal skills and ability to confidently negotiate and communicate effectively at all levels. - A flexible and adaptable attitude. - Highly organized and detailed with an entrepreneurial approach. - Ability to understand and explain financial evaluations and presentations. - Able to quickly gain credibility and confidently close sales. - Confident when presenting to clients face to face, over the phone or on email. Marine fuel trading firm Oilmar is seeking to hire a bunker trader in Dubai .

The company is looking for candidates with three to five years of experience in bunker trading, it said in a job advertisement on LinkedIn on Saturday.

The advertisement lists the following responsibilities for the role:

• Primary activity is to carry out back-to-back bunker trading
• Canvassing and developing customers for ship owners, operators, and charterers
• Leveraging the existing team for supply sources
• Monitor the entire supply chain and trade cycle, right from loading, operations, delivery, and payments
• Responsible for maintaining and collecting accounts receivables and relevant payments for the trades
• Generating daily indications and pricing from suppliers to the team and to the clients
• Recording and follow up on all trade-related activities and payments associated with trades
• Maintaining and documenting the enquiries and deals in the database via Excel and company ERP
• Achieving KPIs and monthly targets
