Melinda’s Creamy Style Ghost Pepper Wings
There’s no denying it. Melinda’s Creamy Style Ghost pepper wings sauce is HOT. I do mean spicy, tingle-my-lips hot. But it’s a good burn. I’m not one of those guys that’s in a constant search for the latest, hottest sauce. I like a bit of a kick, and a lot of flavor. Well, this sauce has a lot of both. If you’re looking for a sauce that’ll wake you up and still tastes fantastic, grab a bottle. Use a little (like I did) or a lot (if you’re into heat!).

If you’re afraid of Melinda’s Creamy Style Ghost Pepper Wings sauce , just do like I did and just toss a few wings with just a bit of the sauce for starters. Take a few bites and see where you are. After that initial kick I found myself liking the sauce more and more and more. So I added some more sauce. The combination of ghost, habanero and cayenne peppers makes for a wonderful sauce.

- 3-4 pounds chicken wings flats and drumettes separated, tips saved to make stock

Instructions
- Cook wings as desired. Click here for our guide on cooking wings in a grill, smoker, deep fryer, oven, air fryer or a Char-Broil Big Easy .
- Toss wings with sauce before serving.

Melindas Ghost Pepper wing sauce: A bit of a let down in heat. Happened upon this sauce at the grocery store today. I knew I had seen it online and I was enticed by the Ghost Pepper label. Currently my hottest daily driver is the "Pain is Good Habanero Sauce". I was surprised to find that the heat of Melinda's was much less.
Is it me, or is Melinda's Ghost Pepper Sauce not that hot? It tastes marginally hotter than most habanero sauces. The text on the bottle talks about how the ghost pepper has a one million scoville rating. 5/5 on their hotness rating. Says "Just a dash will do."

Melinda's creamy style ghost pepper sauce is on point! Perfect amount of heat. It does creep up on you! The meal is a lean cuisine cauliflower pizza. 390 cals for those who CICO. Was thinking the same thing. Most overhyped sauce there is. I bought it on recommendation of this sub, and I tend to agree with you.

The creamy ghost pepper sauce might be the most delicious sauce for wings out there. However the caveat is it doesn't just say ghost pepper for funzies it's like 250k scoville it's HOT. That being said it's a wing sauce so you combine it with 25%-50% butter before coating your wings which turns the heat down a fair bit.

2 -pichael_ • 1 yr. ago No one replied to you but I'll say I've never had their wing sauce, but I'd say it tastes like a sauce that's better on sandwiches/subs and pizzas as opposed to being buttery and thus good on chicken (though it still very much is.) But it is SOOO good on those other things.
