The New Build & Design for Luxury Yacht MONTREVEL
Ateliers Et Forges De L' Ouest was the naval architect firm involved in the professional vessel design work for MONTREVEL. Ateliers Et Forges De L' Ouest is also associated with the yacht general design work for this yacht. Built by Chantiers Navale Louest the vessel was completed in the recognised yachting country France. She was successfully launched in Sainte Nazaire in 1958 before being delivered to the owner. The core hull was constructed with steel. The motor yacht superstructure is fabricated for the most part from aluminium. With a beam of 7 metres or 23 ft MONTREVEL has moderate internal space. A reasonably shallow draught of 1.89m (6.2ft) determines the list of overall ports she can visit, depending on their individual depth. She had refit improvement and modification carried out by 2007.

Powered by twin CATERPILLAR diesel engines, MONTREVEL can reach a top speed of 11 knots. For propulsion MONTREVEL has twin screw propellers. She also has an economical range of 1400 nautical miles whilst underway at her cruising speed of 10 knots. Her total HP is 680 HP and her total Kilowatts are 500. Regarding bow thruster maneuverability she uses Koopnautic. As for the yacht’s stabalisers she utilises Koopnautic.

Fraser Yachts sells motor yacht Montrevel with Northrop & Johnson and Yachtzoo
News of another sale now as I learn that Jody O'Brien at Fraser Yachts found a buyer for the 36.9m classic fantail yacht Montrevel , jointly listed by Northrop & Johnson and Yachtzoo .
Custom built in 1958, she was totally refitted in 2001 with all new wiring, plumbing, generators and electronics. A completely new interior features extensive use of exotic woods and fine marbles.
Montrevel accommodates 10 guests in a master suite, three double staterooms and a twin cabin while twin Caterpillar 3196 engines give her a stately cruising speed of 10 knots.
Montrevel was asking $5,395,000.
